The place was convenient for a couple of hungry chaps. Simple and traditional fare, good selection but somewhat lost in translation. ordering from the "English" menu gives you a reduced version of the Austrian, Maybe us English dont like all the trimmings! Despite feeling like we were short served the Schnitzle and Goulash were both very good and value for... More

We used to come here ever so often when in Graz, but unfortunately, we won't be back. While they still serve traitional Austrian / styrian meals, our plates were pretty poor. In fact, we did not even half-finish one of them. Overvooked, poor quality ingredients (Kernoel for example) and condiments, lackluster service. There are so many good, traditional restaurants in... Smiling service - Delicious dishes with local gastronomy - Terrace with the shade of old trees (it was so hot on this 2nd August !) - Parking not far - Reasonable prices - We will come back as soon as possible.

I had lunch here recently with some work colleagues and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. My grilled lakefish was fresh, simply prepared and delicious. Portions are generous. The menu offers a wide choice and there is a good selection of Austrian wines. Service is friendly, brisk and efficient. The atmosphere is very convivial, making this the type of restaurant that you... More

Traditional inn, both in terms of interior as well of food. Very large servings, but you can order a small portion as well. I would do that definitely if you want to try their desserts. Unfortunately, I did not manage to try any of them. Next time, and there will be a next time, definitely. Beer is good, staff friendly,... More

Very nice restaurant with great choice of typical Austrian dishes. The restaurant has smoking area, non smoking area and tables outside for summer time. Good service!

We had the BEST goose in Austria here. It was done perfect and instead of the usual firm ball of potatoes they served slices of stuffing that was wonderful and complemented the goose. Unlike Vienna where they cook the goose and then deep fry it right before serving this restaurant clearly delivered goose that was right out of the oven... More

We eat there on Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was still open. In Austria it is not a standard. We ordered typical local food. Was very good and prepared in a reasonable time. Recommend.
