Ginko has a good system. You take your plate, choose what you want to eat from a myriad of choices including soups, salads, curries, rice, fried stuff, sauces, chutney, etc and then you pay at the counter according to how much your whole plate weights. The prices are not so cheap for plant based food, but still it's good value... More

I actually like eating meat, but I had a great lunch at Ginko without missing meat. Restaurant has a self service buffet and you pay by scale. Buffet has many meals to chose between. Food was very tasty and delicious. Prices are reasonable for such a city. Restaurant is quite large, but there are usually many guests so it can... More

The food tastes good and the place looks good. It's self service and you pay as much as your food weighs.

Easygoing atmosphere with lovely fresh vegetarian buffet. Very busy but has obviously earned its popularity... delicious curries and salads. Nice terrace and decor.

This is not a restaurant to impress someone on a date. The idea is that you go in, select as much food as you want, pick up a limited selection of drinks and desserts, pay for the food by weight, and grab a table. If you don't regard this as slumming it you can expect a delicious variety of vegetarian... More

It is self-service and not extremely comfy, i.e. not where you go to have a very fancy dinner. But for lunch or a great dinner it is wonderful. Particularly if you eat vegan or vegetarian. Buffett-style: great salads, often Indian-inspired food, also local ideas. Recently renovated in a nice "urban" style. Very good value for the quality

If you want healthy fast slow food, this is the place! Organic, local vegetarian dishes served buffet style. Staff are super friendly, and the vibe is laid back hippie-chic.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine, a broad variety of choices - you can put together your own selection of salads, main dishes, soup and additionally pick a healthy drink, coffee and dessert. It can get somewhat expensive if you're a big eater, but the quality is so worth it! The atmosphere is very cosy, but recently (they've remodelled) more bright... More

I loved the variety of vegan dishes and how you can compose your meal by self-servicing (buffet). Very clean, bright place and lovely atmosphere.

Great delicious buffet food in central Graz with friendly staff! The price is 1.45/100g and due to their variety in vegtables I believe its a fair price. You have to pay for tap water which is really unpleasant. That should always be free. They make enough money due to their popularity.
