Although we live in Baden we haven't been at Edelsberger for quite some time. I was positively surprised. The menu offers traditional Austrian dishes and also more modern dishes. I ate the "Wiener Schnitzel" from veal, my wife had the duck, an my friend had the Forelle(Whole fish on risotto). For dessert we hat the Kaiserschmarrn. Everything was great and... More

My wife and I both ordered the "Lammkrone gebraten mit Rosmarienaerdaepfeln....." These were lam chops of very low quality and had very little if any flovour. We had only one chance to eat there but we'll be back if possible for sure. Restaurant is in old house with nice garden. Very well decorated, pleasure to sit under the trees, quiet atmosphere, feels more like visiting friends or neigbours than sitting in restaurant. Short menu but we had no problem to choose. Tasty meals, big enough. We had... More

You have to try this restaurant! The atmosphere is like in the 30' - old house, very old history, furniture and decorations... The food is amazing, people there are very friendly! As we use Elfy's as the only B&B in Baden, for every visit we make, Edelsberger is the place we always go for a late dinner!
