Welcome to the KENTPOIKON food&drink ,which is a family run restaurant ,taverna and cafe-bar that opened in 2008. We serve a wide selection of food including traditional Cypriot dishes. Our daytime menu includes a full range of breakfast,pitta kebab and hot or cold snack options. KENTPOIKON food&drink was refurnished this year to maintain our high standards of decor. We are the only FOOD& DRINK in the village that has disabled facilities. Our patrons are a good mixture of locals, ex-pats and tourists, so not only will we serve you with good food but tourists will have an opportunity to mix with people who have made Cyprus their home. We would love the chance for you to sample our cuisine and enjoy the ambience of Mandria village, so if you feel like a drink or a snack or are looking for a place for an evening meal, then come and see us where you will receive a warm Cypriot welcome. Came here to try their Indian menu and was very impressed. My family and I ordered a variety of dishes and all were absolutely delicious! The chicken in my Madras was some of the most succulent I have ever eaten. All of the staff were friendly, polite and efficient and the meal was good value considering the size of the portions, quality of the ingredients and standard of preparation. We ordered too much and takeaway boxes were happily provided - the food was just as good the next day! We were given complimentary deep fried ice cream for dessert. We will be back to try some of the other cuisines on their menu - they all looked delicious!

This is the first of many visits to this restuarant! Family owned, friendly and attentive staff who are knowledgable of the large menu selection. There was never a moment when drinks weren’t on the table and the food delivered to the table was quick. The family team run this place like clock work. The restaurant is the home to four chefs, each an expert of their own individual cuisine. The menu is large and caters to everyone’s individual needs ranging from Indian, to chineese, sushi, traditional and Nepalese. The sheer volume of choice initially put me off as I wondered if the quality would be there, but from learning that each chef hand picks their ingredients such as the Sushi chef originally from Dubai, I felt reasured. For starters ordered Boa buns and for mains we selected the 48 pc Sushi platter- The portions are huge and the starter could have been a main, and was fully of flavour. Let’s talk about the Sushi. WOW the best sushi I have EVER eaten. You could taste the freshness in each mouthful, and the attention to the chefs details were of a michelin star restaurant. My partner had chicken with Jack Daniel’s sauce..: the chicken was sucluent and well cooked and again the volume of food was incrediable. My family went for the traditional dishes, all cooked from the grill which tasted of Cyprus, tender and juicy meat again of massive volume. The cocktails are great not watered down and priced around €8 each. I would highly reccommend this restuarant to everyone. It’s positioned in pretty Mandria lol square, plenty of parking and plenty of seats out the front.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant with my family, and everything exceeded our expectations! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

This place is great for everything….. we had Meze …. It’s fantastic…. We had wine by the carafe and cocktails and were there until the early evening enjoying the food , enjoying the atmosphere and the fantastic service… every time we go there and try something different we are never disappointed. The food is exceptional.

We decided to visit this amazing restaurant based on previous reviews and boy were we not disappointed. We both had Salads but they were full of great ingredients and we were well full by the end of the meal. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the bill at the end was pleasantly surprising based on all the wonderful food we ate 5/5 for service, quality and atmosphere

Arrived at our first night in Cyprus and this resturant was just a short walk away from where we where staying, much the reason we went. The staff and owners could not of been more welcoming, Most resturants boast of freshly cooked food, however this really showed in the taste and tecture of all the food, As a british citizen who lives in Malta and has visited a lot of resturants, and a keen Gorden Ramsey fan, and i have also have run resturants in the UK i look for a very high standard of food and servise when i go out to eat, the owner was even kind enough to book us a table so we could watch the England game on the Saturday night. This resuarant is a must for anyone visiting the area, was really made to feel almost like family and the food was supurb. Cant wait for our next visit and our next amazing meal.

We came here to watch the football and have something to eat. We didn’t know what to expect as we hadn’t been to this restaurant in the past. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who took us to a seat where we could view the tv screens and gave us the very extensive menu. It had everything from Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Cypriot and English food, usually when there are that many dishes on the menu you don’t expect too much of the food, but we were amazed at the quality! We had all sorts, for starters we had Prawn crackers, garlic bread with cheese (best garlic bread we have ever had), spring rolls. All delicious!!
For mains we had nuggets & chips (child), lamb chops, 4 Chinese dishes (noodles were amazing!), and carbonara with added chicken (best we have ever had!)
We were absolutely blown away, probably our most favourite meal of the holiday, and we will definitely return before going home. Thanks to all the staff, despite being an extremely chaotic evening they were all very efficient and pleasant.

We ate here twice on our holiday, plus we had a takeaway delivered. It's a really big menu - English, Greek, Chinese, Indian, Italian - so something to suit all tastes, Food was good, ambiance was good, service was good, prices were good. Nice to sit outside and people-watch. The pizza delivery was efficient and well priced, though the food was a bit bland. Well worth a visit.

We've been coming here for several years now and have never been disappointed! The local menu is always fresh and delicious, and the service is second to none. We came for Sunday lunch this time and very much enjoyed the traditional souvla - tender barbecued meats served with salad, dips and roast potatoes. Another reason to return soon - not that we needed one!

We came to this busy restaurant, which has 4 kitchens. Which has an amazing selection of Chinese and Indian dishes cooked to your liking. One of the boys in the group wanted his Butter chicken extra extra hot and wasn't disappointed. I have a lot of different dishes and it doesn't disappoint. The owner/manager is an amazing woman and so is her staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is one of favourite places to eat when we come to Cyprus. Always a warm welcome from the team and there is so much choice of food.
We enjoy their breakfasts as well as the dinners.. with large portions of fresh food served.
There’s also a separate Chinese menu which is amazing, as well as a sushi menu- which we have yet to try.
Mandria is a lovely quaint village with this restaurant as its hub….

We visit Cyprus at least once a year sometimes twice. We stay in Mandria a very unspoilt village away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos. Kentpoikon restaurant is where we eat and/or drink every single day as the staff are so friendly and the menu is extensive and delicious. It is also exceptional value for money.

Great food, lovely staff; definitely recommend. Huge portions of fresh food, the kebabs were moist and well seasoned. The children’s portions are large, so if little kids can definitely share. Nice atmosphere to sit out on an evening. A proper Cypriot experience!
