The Maison du Caviar is probably one of the last few restaurants in Monte Carlo that serves traditional French dishes and is family run, The food is always reliable and the service is professional yet casual. We have been going for many years and often see the same fellow diners enjoying lunch, which says a lot about a restaurant. Well... More

Yes it is good, I guess. The food on other peoples tables looked pretty. But for me they need to make improved nets with service. We arrived at 12:45 for a 1 pm booking and whilst the names was English it appeared no one could matchup the name we gave to the name of the booking leading to speaking to... More

Upon being told by the Fairmont concierge that this place was an incredible restaurant and was "where the locals go," we booked a last minute dinner here. After having dinner, I now am fully aware of the reason that the restaurant had a table available on a busy night in Monaco. I have visited many restaurants throughout the Cote D'Azur... More

Lovely location and cool interior was just what we needed after hard morning site seeing in Monaco. Didn't matter that we were obviously tourist in a business restaurant at lunchtime, excellent service from the staff, quality food and a great kids menu. Worth finding this place away from the obvious spots. Thanks

This restaurant is only about 10 minutes walk from Casino Square and it was really good. The service was excellent as was the food. I have a food allergy and explained it to the waiter, the next thing i knew the chef (who is also the owner) came out to talk to me and he explained what I could and... More

This restaurant has been there for over 60 years, and is now operated by the grandson of its founder. It offers a great setting, away from main traffic and within a 5 minute walk from Casino Square, at prices that are basically 55% to 60% cheaper. The first thing you will notice is the warm welcome, and the desire to... More

A real surprise - somewhere in Monaco with excellent value for money for surprisingly good food. A two course lunch for 29 euro. This was cheaper than a pub lunch in London. A gourmand salad with foie gras followed by an entrecôte, actually a 7oz fillet, with salted fries and Bearnaise sauce. Even the wine list was good value, a... More

Sat on the terrace in the sunshine, so off to a good start. Went for the plat du jour, which was delicious, fresh and light. I really can't think of anything I didn't like about the experience.

Very mediocre lunch. Not well presented. Over priced. Service not that friendly. Easy to do better. Try Vin and Poisson or La Romantica, both 50m away and sooo much better

Nice atmosphere lunch or dinner and fare is always fresh and good. Service matches the food and table spacing admirable for an intimate or business chat.
