We went to Versailles for a special occasion dinner, the small place looked pristine and already we were welcomed by the maitre D with small chat. Now the dishes are delicious, we’ll presented and prepared with care, the shed has been there for 30 years...though the business has just recently changed hand. We were very happy with our dinner experience and we will definitely be back.More
We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. Nice location in the old town of the city, lovely hosts, great food and wine.
Walked over from my hotel (about 1km) without a reservation on a Thursday evening in August 2021. Waited less than 5 minutes for a table. Service was prompt and efficient. The Boef Bourguignon was well cooked with excellent flavor and nicely presented in a tourine....For dessert, the sorbet was fresh and flavorful. I would happily eat here again and sample more of the menu.More
We came to see the fab rumored Versailles decor (and we’re not disappointed) but we stayed for the excellent bar service and music. Loved it.
Very very delicate and delicious! Every dish we ordered tasted amazing and the waiter prepared some of the food by the table. The service was perfect and kind. The restaurant is cozy restaurant. Would recommend it to everyone!
Had dinner here on our last night in Andorra la Vella and it was superb. Tucked away in a little side street, the restaurant is small and intimate with tasteful interior decoration and friendly attentive staff. Food was superb (we both had duck with cherries)...and reasonably priced. If you’re in Andorra’s capital you must visit here.More
It’s a rare case when I spend my time to review a place. Having visited over 100 countries as well as the world best Michelin restaurants I can say that this tartar is one of the best I have ever experienced in my life. (Needless...to say it’s shredded not ground, no extra spices, no extra treatment, all perfect with a quail egg). Super fresh ingredients. The rest of the meals are on par. I was so impressed by the meals I even took the liberty to meet the owner. The owner and chef Pep Ramos (and his most courteous wife) were incredible. Maitre’d Sandra attended to every desire and the multilingual waiter Aymar were on top of everything. Great French ambiance in a very small place. For those who understand the difference in real tartar this is a place to go. I will be bringing all my friends to Andorra only to experience tartar here.More
Very cosy and great dining place. We arrived for a lunch which was exceptional (family with small kids). Service was very friendly and great, english is well spoken (english menu available). The menu is rich of choice, many fish, meat and other specialities. There pasta...bolognese and homemade hamburgers available for the children. Onion soup was great, as well as the tartar steak and the mussels. For desert we chose a great french crepe. Very recommended.More
The only reason why im not giving this place a 5 star review is because they gave me one of the worst piece of filet mignon I've ever had! That being said, from the moment we walked in, Sandra really made us feel right at...home. She was so attentive, professional, and warm. She even treated us to a free glass of Champagne. Our first course was the homemade pate which was absolutely memorable. It was so fresh, tasty, and practically melted in your mouth. Then my wife opted for the duck breast with the mushroom sauce and it was outstanding! As I stated before, myy filet looked liked it had been to World War II. It was clearly undercooked and not appealing at all. Everything else was amazing. The wine, the atmosphere, most of the food, and our server Sandra, made this night for us. Our Argentinean server Marcial, also did all he could to make us feel right at home. Gracias Sandra por una mucha special noche!!!More
Everything from being greeted at the door to a lovely goodbye made this restaurant a very special place to dine. Sandra and the rest of the staff made us feel welcomed. The French onion soup was delicious and the entrees were quite generous. The veal...special was cooked to order with a tasty carrot soufflé as the side. The chocolate dessert with ice cream was a wonderful way to end our evening. If ever in the area again, I would definitely go back.More
Visited this place as reccomended by tourist guide. Nothing really special. Small place just 4-5 tables, family runs. Dishes very simple Not bad but would not return.
Dined here over Christmas holidays. This family run small restaurant was cozy and homey. The hostess showed photos of most of the dishes in advance of ordering which was an interesting approach. The starters and main courses were good. The desserts we chose which were...tart tartan and crepes suzettes which were both very ordinary. Prices were high for Andorra. However you are getting classic and some innovative French cuisine that is generally well executed and prepared. Service is homey and correct by daughter and mom. If you are looking for French food in Andorra this is probably one of top 2-3 choices.More
A small venue, traditionally decorated offering a fantastic wine menu and excellent French cuisine. It is obvious that only quality ingredients are used in each meal and the menu has been carefully curated and thought about. Would recommend the fillet mingnon Not only was the...food incredible but the hospitality was great too, with the owner explaining the menu to us and offering us champagne complimentary upon arrival. The best meal I had in Andorra!More
A French cuisine with a very professional nice owner, who know what she is doing. Be that the amazing steak tartar, the smoked salmon, the jamon iberico with Melon and more - all is very very tasty.
