One of the WORST places I have ever been. Dirty, terrible food, bad service, hot beers and again dirty. We paid Eur15 per person for something they called buffet, the whole area was very smelly, it was actually smelled like dead cats and the service...was a mess. Maybe they need to rename the place to don’t go there .... place !More

The place is fantastic. Nice to relax and rest. Surely will revisit. However, it had some issues with service. It was hard to find someone to order. Additionally, the lemonades are a bit expensive. 4 euros for a lemonade is a bit overprized! Overall a...nice place.More

Visited this place by chance during our stay in North West Cyprus. It's a little way off the main beach road but easy to find after a couple of minutes drive. It has a real old fashioned Cypriot Taverner vibe and has hill side views...towards the sea. Real atmospheric and cool place to eat. In October we found that the place was open Friday Saturday Sunday only. But the best information to give is that on a Friday night fortnightly there is a Greek buffet. It was an exceptional buffet beautifully laid out with home cooked Cypriot dishes to suit all tastes. The meal was not your normal buffet quality but was constantly updated and added to. Each dish tasted terrific not damaged by being part of a buffet. Staff were great and the whole place had a family feel to it. The buffet cost 15 euro to eat high quality dishes till you were full. There was even some help yourself desert to finish. Add to that the fact that a 630ml ice cold Keo beer was a straight 3 euro what could anyone complain about. At the end of the meal at about 9pm one of the staff put on some Greek music to entertain. It was a true traditional experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.More

Lunch for three today , Rustic Cypriot eatery that hits the spot. Charming service, somewhat wacky furnishings and plenty of cats plus food as good as we have had all week. Very reasonably priced. Portions are huge. You will remember and talk about this place...for many years.More

A fantastic place to spend an evening - especially on a Friday when there is a delicious buffet of home cooked food and live music by local talented musicians. I am so glad we discovered this place, as we will definitely return. You were made to...feel like one of the family - excellent hosts. However, if you are not a fan of cats, avoid! Everywhere you look there is a kitten or cat - this was great for our family, but I know not all families are cat lovers! Overall, excellent value.More

We came asa family of 4. We took a shining to the down to earth, relaxed, boho feel...the girls played in the hammocks and we enjoyed the view and the setting sun. We ordered a meze which was phenomenal and they catered for my daughter's...dairy allergy really well! We are in love...just a shame we will miss the jazz festival! Thanks guys...you were great!More

Lovely place. We enjoyed the food but we mostly enjoyed the hospitality of Val's family. Special thanks to Valentinos who had the kindness to perform a private "concert" for us. Thank you for a beautiful night!

Lovely friendly staff have created a laid back peaceful homely vibe. The highlight for...our short visit was the delicious home made lemon and mint and basil lemonade. We will return!More

We visited Val's on recommendation which we really appreciate. Please don't judge from the outside or inside but experience it. It was warm welcome by the family owned business. The atmosphere was clean, calm, relax and happy like the family owners. We sat by the window overseeing the...farm and the sea. Although the menu for vegetarian is limited, however Val suggested to order 2 than 4 vegetarian meze between 4 of us as we never had before. It was never ending tasty food starting from salad to dessert in comparison to the price they charge.Try basil lemonade,it was so good. We went there a few times because of the whole experience. On the last visit before we left, it was an emotional farewell too. If we go back to Cyprus, we will definitely visit Val's Place.More
