A must visit place in Nicosia with the best coffee and fantastic fresh squeezed orange juice! The atmosphere is great and the place always has a young crowd occupying the beautiful square-side seating. It might be smart to reserve a table as it tends to...be quite full as Halara seems to be a local favorite, though the staff is quite accomodating and will find you a seat closer to the cafe, under the tree if one opens up during your stay.More

Lovely little cafe tucked away in a quiet square next to a church.Popped in for a couple of cappuccinos before we had a walk around Nicosia. We had a great welcome and super friendly service from the 2 ladies that were there. It was so...good we went back a few hours later before we left! Can highly recommend this place. We will be back on our next visit to Cyprus next year.More

Was in Nicosia for the Cyprus v Scotland football match, and after spending a couple of hours in the Turkish Quarter of the city, I made my way across the border and still had plenty of time to grab a beer before my bus to...the football stadium. In my research a number of bars came up, and after trying a few good ones in the Turkish side, I thought I would try Halara Cafe, which I had heard good things about. Certainly did not disappoint, and IMHO is the best bar in the city. Lovely hipster cafe/bar vibe to the place and staff are super friendly. Wish I could have spent more time here, and next time I am in Nicosia, this will most certainly be my go to place again.More

This small cafe opposite Phaneromeni church in busy Onasagorou street in old town Nicosia offers nice coffees and other drinks in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Really nice.

The best cafe-bar in old Nicosia. Smooth coffee for the day light and refreshing coctails for night time. Good music vibes and fun people around me. Beautiful, polite and team. What else can i ask for? 😁

We had a hamburger there which was OK. Beers were served quick and chilled. The place looks a bit worn out but I think it fits the local surrounding.

Funky charming bar, bit worn down. Friendly, good drinks, nice view. Celebrity theme mixed with Levantine cushioned hideaway. If you are exploring this is a nice stop.
