One of my favourite restaurants as it is so traditional. Extremely good value and the food is always excellent. Cannot fault this place and cannot come to Cyprus without going to Militzis!

Was recommended this restaurant by locals for the local lamb dish known as kleftico. About 10 mins easy walk on seafront past the old Larnaca Fort. Was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance inside, as if you were in the village in Cyprus. No fish on the menu as they specialise in meat dishes. The lamb was cooked to perfection. Really... More

Locals love this restaurant. Food is nice and there is a good range of real Cypriot dishes. There are huge outside wood ovens cooking kleftiko. People seem to really enjoy the pourgouri [bulger wheat].

We decided to try local traditional, so ordered stifado and musaco and were both disappointed with what we've got, as the first was mainly oven done onion in a sauce, and the second - pork mince in a strange soft tasteless goat cheese. Haloumi though was delicious and the service good. I'd advise to ask for more details prior to... More

Delicious mosaka and souvlak in town. There are assorted local wine which you can't go wrong. We enjoyed the dinner and a good atmosphere.

I've eaten there 3 years ago, but it was during the high tourist season. Now I came back in the low season, and it shows. The food is great- excellent traditional dishes, especially the beef Kleftiko and Mousaka. But the Burgul dish and the Tzatziki were also great. Add to it a salad, calamari rings, tahini, Uozo and 2 Greek... More
