I used to love this place and eat there regularly. After today's I will never go back again. The local inside was empty we wanted to seat on a table that is not next to the door we were told this is not potable as...we are 2 and not 3, when we pointed out that there is no other people we were shouted at "you don't pay rent for this place"! Needless to say we left... and are not planing to come back unless the service and food come back to its previous standard. I cannot imagine running any business with such an attitude towards a customer.More

This is my second review after having initially visited in March 2019 and being quite impressed with the food quality and service! Since then I've been back to Snooze multiple times in varying sizes of groups and times of the year and unfortunately it has...been declining steadily. The meat quality is not very good and is not seasoned nicely which makes virtually any type of burger you order a disappointment. The sweet potato fries and the twisters are quite good. Service can be massively improved. Overall, it does not justify the price point and I hope they can go back to previous quality levels of food and service soon.More

This place is simply terrible. First sat down after being told we had to eat quickly because of another party arriving. Then the waitress dropped a candle full of hot wax all over my partner, burning her hand, and simply walked away without saying anything!...Both of our clothes were covered in wax, along with our table and my partners hand. Another waiter came over and cleaned the table next to us instead of checking we were okay, and we didn’t have anything said to us, let alone an apology! They simply didn’t care at all, so we asked for the bill without ordering food. I would suggest that everyone stays away from a restaurant that provides the worst service I have ever had.More

Very expensive, overrated, tasteless. Don’t waste your time or money eating here. The table was downstairs and the smell of toilet did not add anything to the experience.

After spending an afternoon walking around the centre to find somewhere (open) to eat we settled with snooze. As a huge burger lover I was taken in by the menu and chose to eat here. Great menu, friendly staff, but when ordering we were advised...that the burgers would be cooked medium-rare. My friend was fine with this, and I asked for well done. Well done seems to translate to medium-rare, and medium-rare translates to RAW. This burger was still mooing. I've never seen anything so fleshy and frankly UNCOOKED ever. We advised the waiter, he kind of shrugged and said well we said medium-rare, then looked at it and went "oh yes I see what you mean" - and for a well done burger to be pinker than my dogs todger just isn't on. The bill came - no discount offered whatsoever. Disgruntled, tired, wet and still hungry, we paid and left. Will not be returning; I would've expected an apology or some kind of offer to make it up to us but nothing. Left and went to Beet, an incredible Vegan place round the corner and had a second lunch.More

It‘s a a good place to eat but there are better options to go eat for the same style of food. Tried already several burgers there but I think the meat isn‘t the best but neither is it bad. The sweetpotatoes are very good. So...I think it‘s a moderate place to go once in a while but there are better options for the same price class and style of food.More

With more than 10 hamburgers you can choose from the menu, the Snooze is probably the best Hamburger bar in the city centre; plus, five different craft beers and a huge choice of bottled ales, you can have every kind of beer you want -...and it's not bad after a hard day spent at work! Yet I booked a week before a table specifying I'd like to watch a Serie A game, and just in the afternoon of the game I was called by a nice barman who told me they have SKY Deutscheland so they don't show Serie A game. Well ok,this is not the point, but why waiting six days to make me aware of this, when then it's just too late to find another place, while at work? Pity, because the food is simply great. I will come back surely anywayMore

45 minutes to receive cold fries and not even lukewarm burger and missing onion rings. The table next to us experienced quite the same problems. I go regularly to Snooze but today was very bad :-(

Mediocre quality burger. Patty was supposed to be medium-rare but was dry and bland. Atmosphere was nice and area very clean, but if you are here for the food then this would not be the place

My spouse and I were touring Luxembourg City with a group and we stepped one block off the beaten path. It was a quiet rainy day, but “ Snooze” was busy. We walked in and they found a place for us. We felt lucky to...get seated. We hesitantly ordered a burger. We live near Iowa, and have been spoiled by Iowa Beef. Imagine our surprise when we bit into the tastiest burgers we’ve ever had. I mean really, this is what Iowa Beef wants to be when it grows up! Don’t mess around with the menu by modifying. The chef obviously knows what he/she is doing.More

Sure thing they have salads which are gluten free, but this is mainly burger joint so you might not get the best thing this place have to offer.
