Beautiful garden/ terasse. Mediocre food, small portions, unreasonable prices, decent service. The owner is probably from the Balkans or Eastern Europe. He or she lost us as customers when we realized that a super small jar of tzatziki (about 75 gr) without pita or bread...five euros. It is not black caviar, seriously.More

Dear Madame /Sir,
thank you very much for your feedback. After your complaint tho ,we decided to do some research and came to following conclusions :
1) Our dips are, in fact, not served in 75gr , but in a total of 180gr. (we weren't...More
On a warm indian summer night, we had dinner in Bosso's garden. I had the fantastic chicken coconut and my otherhalf a tasty schnitzel. Only the music on the background was a bit loud, but staff was great and budgetwise we were pleasantly surprised.
Flamkukhen and a brunch ambience
Hearty bacon is the perfect hangover meal. Full of cheese and carbs and delicious bacon. A bit too heavy though.
Salads are fresh. makes the mornings all the more awesome.
Flamkukhen is just the best. Order just these if nothing...the fancies you.More
I am from Luxembourg and have been in many restaurants in Luxembourg city and surroundings. Bosso is an absolute highlight. Excellent food and super nice and competent service. The terrace is fantastic. This restaurant is absolutely recommendable.
The Flammkuchen we had as a starter was not homemade, which was confirmed to us following our direct question.
The waitress, seemingly embarrassed by our question, admitted to us that they buy the base to the flammkuchen and then simply add the relevant toppings that...are included in the various options you can find on their menu. The whole flammkuchen was dry and tasteless. It had most likely been taken out of the freezer and put into a microwave oven. but one plus was that the waitress admitted they buy the bottom at least…
I had pasta as main dish, which was way too salty and hard.
We had seen on the restaurant’s website that they had a “fillet of beef” served with Bearnaise sauce, which was presented as one of their top 3 meals. However, we were told that they did not have this advertised “tenuous Paraguayan fillet” on the menu. In fact, they didn’t have the Bearnaise sauce either, but confirmed that they could nonetheless make some without any problem…?!?
So we took another steak, which was accompanied by some sauce, which was claimed to be a Bearnaise sauce. I am still not sure what it really was, as it tasted like anything but Bearnaise sauce. What I can say with certainty though is that it was made from powder.
We asked to see the wine list, as we wanted to have a bottle of red wine. Turned out that they only had one bottle of wine to choose from! Now that is an interesting selection. At least, it was not expensive.
All in all, we feel that we have a hard time to really recommend this restaurant! It will get 2 stars, solely because the waitress confirmed our suspicion regarding the prefabricated Flammkuchen.More
I have been passing by this restaurant many times and would not expect it to be a good restaurant at this location (too good to be true, good location for romantic walks or in company of friends).
I had "German pizza" and pumpkin soup. This...first one was interesting and good but the soup was just perfect. I am normally not a big fan of soups and did not expect much but everything that was served was just 5*, even the bacon, Chantilly and bread stick. The portion size, taste, price and combination was perfect for me, it was in a menu "season specials".
Nice atmosphere, candles lit...
Not sure if others of the company had the same success with their choices.More
