I wish I had a hangover when I ate here. It would have justified the style of food perfectly. It's good hearty gut-bash. I had the Bosso spatzle which is a melting pot of fatty things, meaning afterwards, you need a good walk for some fresh air, or to retire to the sofa with your eyes glazed over. It was... More

Had the Bosso Spatzel. Highly recommend that you DO NOT eat breakfast before this very rich and savory lunch. Fantastic. Should have gone back to have again before I left!

It certainly benefits from being one of the few restaurants in the most beautiful part of the town. The restaurant has a wide range of choices, which is really nice and prices are a bit salty for what it is offered but not yet out of reality. As for the food, we paid 10 euros for an easy to cook... I visited Bosso in January 2017. I had the Camembert as the starter and prawns as a main. The food was alright, as a other standard restaurant. We were there on a Tuesday, and the place was very empty.

Playing on quantity rather than on food excellence, Bosso is anyway playing fair with a low fare for acceptable food.

Booked a week in advance & think we did the right thing as the place was very busy on a Sat night. Can see why; great choice of food at reasonable prices (cheap, for Lux!) Flammkuechen, pizzas, Spaetzle, meats, German/Alsacian influence. In the Grund area, so a few bars nearby for drinks before/after. Staff were good in that they weren't... More

Maybe its what I ordered but it didn't seem that special to me. I had a fairly decent fish soup to start and followed with the paprika schnitzel, which was tasty enough. Didn't seem like anything I wouldn't cook at home easily enough myself.

We had lots of fun here and experienced some lovely German food. The Spätzle was great- we had the Bosso. The Schitzels are good too. The house red is good too! Our meal for 2 with wine was €45. Very busy place in a gorgeous bit of Luxembourg.
