My wife and I called in for a quick sandwich. All the ftira had gone so we had toasted baguettes. Came with generous fillings and some coleslaw and couscous salad. With 2 hot drinks it came to just under €7 - bargain. Try it if you are in Valetta - doesn't look much from the outside but if you want... More

Reon's Cafe is a small, very plain place with simple but good food. Cheap eats that are palatable. Not gourmet but better than McDonalds. My chicken and bacon on focaccia was good. Fries from a bag were better than some. Location: 1/2 block walk straight down the street from the Co-Cathedral, Reno's is convenient to many tourist stops in Valetta.... More

I work in Valletta and this is my go to place for lunch. The prices are soo affordable that it costs less to eat there than to buy the ingredients and make something myself to bring from home! The food is fresh tasty and well prepared. The only thing I can think of to make this cafe even better is... More

I love the different kinds of bread and the variety of fillings available best. They make this one ftira with chicken and mango chutney which is my absolute favourite, The salads are also very good.

We stopped by this small cafe (there are a few larger tables at the back) & our family of five were well fed and watered for €28. The food is simple but there is a wide choice, I doubt there is better value in Valletta & they even coped with my vegetarian daughter.

We are here twice, the second time returning especially. The Maltese pasta was amazing and the salads are double the size of what you would be served in England - and taste fantastic! Service is fast and polite and there are far more tables than it appears! Worth a visit.

The food is well prepared, fresh and exquisite. The prices are quite cheap and the staff is very friendly. It has to be one of the best restaurants in Valletta.

Reno's is the place if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful quick bite to eat. No frills but good quick service. Two meals, beer and glass of wine for under 10 euros!
