Really tasty food and amazing services. The waitress overheard discussing with my friend about which wine to order and she brought us samples of the 2 wines shortlisted .

My boyfriend and I booked a table on a Friday night and were absolutely delighted. Service was attentive, warm and quick; we loved the intimate feel inside and the food was delicious. I had the risotto (highly recommend) then the poussain; my boyfriend had the...lobster pasta (a stand out) followed by the steak which he raved about. Neither of us drink and I don’t think non-alcoholic alternatives were readily available but it’s a small issue that won’t bother most people. We will be recommending Guze to friends and for the quality and price, it’s a must-visit.More

We visited Valletta last year and stumbled across this beautiful restaurant by chance, and had such a great meal that we booked to return on our first night of a repeat trip. It was even better. We were served by the lovely owner of the...restaurant, and the service was impeccable (as it was last time, too). We really enjoyed his company, and the food was outstanding. A wonderful combination of traditional Maltese cuisine with a twist, with more varied options also. All are stunningly presented and taste just as good. The pasta starters are substantial and incredibly delicious - the best pasta I think I’ve ever had. The mains and desserts are artful and equally delicious. The restaurant has just been awarded a place in the Michelin Guide - and really, really deserves it. We sincerely hope you, too, will visit Guze - don’t hesitate. It’s certainly worth making a reservation ahead of time.More
