This was not our first visit to this family run restuarant. Both service and food are always consistant and of a high level. The King Prawns, Beef Fillet and Tagliata were cooked to perfection and the service is so great. It's a small yet very...welcoming restaurant. Keep up the excellent service and we are looking to come again very soon.More

Wonderful experience. Restaurant is bright and airy and the staff are very welcoming. Didn't like the TV on but we were far enough away not to be bothered by it. We chose mainly from the specials menu, with my husband having lobster tagliatelle, our friend...the suckling pig and the final two guests had red snapper. All were wonderful; full of flavour and plenty of vegetables included in the price. We also enjoyed the local sauvignon blanc. Very reasonably priced and many thanks to the wonderful staff who made our experience very enjoyable.More

We actually ate a couple of times at Tas Solis, a nickname for the restaurant. It's less formal and more casual, which was nice for a change. Maltese cuisine, so look out for the large portions. Everything cooked fresh an to perfection.

First of all I really like the possibility to reserve a table online which is very helpful when you travel. The food is very good and the staff very professional. We really enjoyed every meal with a bottle of good wine. They have different things...to offer on a daily basis. Different pasta dishes were particularly good! RecommendMore

An excellent little restaurant, we had the sea food platter to share which was a great start. The ribeye main was in my top 5 steaks of all time, and paired with a superb red in the Ulysses.

Great little restaurant. Food was absolutely superb with a good choice of local and Mediterranean dishes. They also offer the local wine which is great as well as good value. If you want tasty food and great service at a good price try here. It’s...a little off the main track so easily missed.More

We visited Aaron’s kitchen twice during our stay in Valletta, so impressed with the food and service, good selection on the menu including specials, also had desserts which were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Yesterday evening I went to dinner at Aaron's Kitchen in Valletta. The food and service were good. We were extremely cold so we thought the air conditioner was on cool so we informed the staff that about this but were told that this was not...switched on. Later on I called a member of staff and told him we were so cold that we weren't enjoying our food and evening. It was only then, at the end of our meal, that the air conditioner was switched on. We got no apology whatsoever. Why would a good restaurant save on a few euros electricity and risk having customers not return for a meal? We will not go back.More

Oh such a lovely experience. My first time visiting this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. Firstly, the food was just divine. From starter to dessert, we were all so satisfied. I took the Pumpkin strudel as an appetiser from their specials, just amazing. The...suckling pig for main, mouthwatering. And the almond creme brulé just lovely. Service was just perfect. The waiter was on point, didn't get his name, but he was just lovely. Polite, not too invasive, amazing memory with our order. And the place itself is very charming and warm, and feels very local yet polished.More

Must be variable judging by other reviews and listing in the Michelin guide, but we had a terrible last lunch in Valletta. Front of house was also doing the cooking so maybe it was down to staffing issues at that time of day. Stale bread,...a pasta sauce that tasted like it came out of a tin (but I don’t think did) and pretty much inedible over-cooked dried out local fish, although the sauce was very nice. The service was good and prompt. Did not stay for a dessertMore

Came here with my family of six - and the lady serving us was ever so helpful - we had small pizzas and salmon croquettes for starters and their taste and sauces were really nice. We had three four pizzas two pistachio and one blue...bacon and a Margerita, the pizza dough was really good, my daughter had braggioli and her sister had a burger. Considering the place was full - God bless the service was consistent and food was really nice. Well done AaronMore

We sat outside and lingered over drinks and our meal. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. The aljotta, Maltese fish soup, was thin but delicious, 11.50 We were served fresh breads and dips with our meal. The Lampuki (local seasonal fish) cooked two ways, 21.50...was very good, but the star of the meal was the rabbit, 21.00. The rabbit was a flavor explosion! Perfection! The side vegetables and potatoes were excellent. Exceptional coffee (1.80), traditional November dessert called November bones (3.00) was very good.More
