We recently spent 6 nights in Valletta, eating each night in mid range places for around £150 for two, but pushed the boat out on the last evening and visited Noni. We paid £100 more than elsewhere but it was so worth it. Everything was...perfect. Food beautifully executed without being too cheffy or pretentious and great service. The courses were paced perfectly, never either hurried or waiting too long for the next dish. Also, they were very good at keeping our glasses topped up. Even in some high end restaurants you can sit with an empty glass for longer than you'd like, but not here. We had the four course option rather than the tasing menu, but everything we had was delicious.More

It should be the first restaurant which is marked and collected by the Michelin as one star restaurant. Honestly, the experience of having fine dinner there was perfect for me, because, from service quality, food taste & dinner in environment ,they are good enough.

My husband and I spent a few days in Malta in May-June 2022 and booked a few Michelin star restaurants based on reviews. We chose Noni and it lived up to our expectations. The restaurant is in the cellar and is not very big, I...would say 10-12 tables, but very cozy and great ambiance. Excellent service and vert attentive. The food was amazing, nouvelle cuisine style, with delightful and surprising tastes. Since the dishes are made of several pieces and mixed beautifully, I dont recall what I ordered. I do remember the black olives, that you get in between dishes as complimentary treat. I dont want to spoil it for you, so will not describe it. It is a well deserved Michelin restaurant. Book it if you are in Valetta.More

You look at what looks like an olive, but it suddenly bursts with a sweet, olive vegetable liquid, you know your in for something special. Each dish was just incredible. Attentive service, superb presentation and just wonderful use of flavour. Worth a visit on any...trip to ValettaMore

Simply superb food. Pleasant surprises with every course. And the best were the things we didn't order, ie greetings from the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

We had a great table in the cellar and were well looked after by the staff. We chose the 4 course menu, which offered an excellent choice. The food was delicious and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

I ate here with my sister one evening and it was one of the standout highlights of our first trip to Malta. The food was absolutely incredible, and compared to other Michelin experiences it was generous too. There were some really creative dishes that surprised...and delighted. I was so tempted to lick the plate more than a few times. The atmosphere and venue are really lovely too. And huge kudos to the team, who made us feel so welcome and answered all our questions. The service was literally outstanding and the whole experience was amazing. When we return to Malta we’ll hope to visit again - and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Noni to anyone.More

Fantastic food, from canapés onwards, rich and indulgent. We chose the four course menu which was perfect for us. The wine list was also good and reasonably priced. A slight let down was the rather austere service and we would advise the serving staff to...lighten up and smile a little and be a bit more interactive and friendly. Fine dining is also meant to be fun. Also a note of advice/warning on the venue. The main, downstairs room is very small, dominated as well by a large serving table in the centre. There are very few tables but definitely two by the toilet entrance to avoid (we actually sat in the opposite corner which would be our strong recommendation and was perfect). There are actually two tables at ground floor level that looked better than these. But we had a highly enjoyable meal and we felt definitely worthy of its Michelin status.More

It was our third time together at this place and as always the food and the service were amazing! It was my husband’s birthday and the restaurant prepared glass of sparkling wine for each of us and they decorated his desert with a small candle...😊 Thank you all for making our evening special , we will definitely come back ! ❤️More

This really is a top quality restaurant. Service excellent from pleasant staff. Couldn’t really have been better. Food superb with one or two real highlights. We chose 4 courses rather than tasting menu but had hors d’oeuvres and petit fours. We would strongly recommend and...whilst not cheap it really is worth the money. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.More

Revisited this restaurant, the first time was December 2019. Since then they have gained a Michelin start and we have all had a pandemic. The menu has changed but in a lovely way, the food was tasteful, beautifully presented and worth waiting for. The canapés...hold a special surprise which i will leave for you to find! Service was exactly what you expect and i hope that it will not be 3 years til we visit again!More

My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Noni in March this year. This was a truly memorable experience. the restaurant itself is a former bakery and the decor is beautiful. A lovely ambience created by clever lighting and the beautiful natural stonework. The...food and wine were magnificent and certainly the best Michelin starred restaurant we have visited. Outstanding service completed a wonderful experience.More
