While on the Air Malta flight I read places to go, eat, and things to do. This was a recommended restaurant and was just around the corner from our hotel. A quirky family run restaurant. Loads to chose from on the menu and great wine. Thanks for the pleasure .

We always like to sample local food when on holiday and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was busy with a very good happy atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Steve choose a traditional rabbit dish and I had Bragioli - both delicious.

Very friendly restaurant. A little more expensive than some restaurants, but excellent food. The four course meal is excellent value. Staff very friendly.

To date we have visited this restaurant twice and both times have left very happy. The set meal is good value but make sure you have a good appetite portions are big. The rabbit is fab as is the fish complements to the chief. Service is great, staff are pleasant , friendly and helpful. It's a traditional restaurant that delivers.

If the only thing I can "complain about" is a wobbly table then you know the restaurants done alright! 😜 Fresh ingredients, cooked when ordered - no pre-prepped rubbish and portions sizes to leave you satisfied but not gorged on food. The giant prawns were clearly caught that day and were cooked to perfection; and the veal was excellent -... More

Almost hidden, Ta' Kolina is a great place to visit. We went there for dinner and opted for the set menu. The food was amazing, but beware, if you go for the spaghetti rabbit starter, you might not finish your main course - it's really generous, even by Maltese standards. :) All in all, it was a nice evening with... Rserve the table upfront as this will be full every nite. Very reasonable pricing. You will be served extremely quickly and politely. Food is simply and local consisting of fish and meat mainly. Atmosphere is great but somewhat busy that might annoy somebody but I strongly recommend (I loved my sirloin stake).
