Had been hearing a lot of great recommendations about this restaurant, so when my partner suggested it I immediately booked lunch on a Sunday. We got the table upstairs by the window overlooking the countryside. The place has very nice decor and comfortable too. The...service is impeccable. The menu and wine list are great and easy to choose. The food is made with passion and love. It was amazing. We don't usually take dessert so when the hostess came to take the order for dessert we declined and I mentioned I am not a great fan of sweets, but am more of a cheese person. To our delight not even 10 minutes after a lovely platter of cheese. This restaurant surpassed all our expectations. For us it's a super 5 star.More

We were a table of 6. Greeted at the door by a charming hostess. Got seated and had a good look at the menu. Ordered our drinks and were advised of what is not on the menu. My mind was already set. Aljotta as a...starter and Gurbell. Delicious food served at the right times. Roast potatoes and roast veggies. French fries, and a definite willingness to revisit. Highly recommended.More

Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. We had rabbit and duck breast which were impeccable. The gravy with the rabbit was so so good. Will definitely visit again.

Have been here a couple of times and never disappointed. An amazing family-run restaurant who makes their utmost to serve you well and go out of their way to try and accommodate all clients. It is the restaurant’s policy that food is not pre-cooked, but...all foods are freshly cooked when ordered. For this reason, clients might have to wait a bit for their food...but hey, it's worth the wait! The food is super amazing and you can taste the freshness. It is evident that the chef puts his heart and soul into every dish ordered. Service is exceptional and staff are truly amazing and very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and they make sure that the culinary experience is an enjoyable one. A HIGHLY recommended restaurant and not to be missed!! (It is not recommended for quick eats, but very recommended for those looking for an enjoyable dinner with mouth-watering food & superb service).More

My husband and I had a meal here three days ago. The food was excellent particularly the rabbit liver. The service was dignified and unobtrusive. This is a far better restaurant than Adelina which we went to the next night.

The food is amazing. It's a family restaurant, so there's eye for detail and they make their utmost to serve you well. When booking, one can also ask for a particular dish (which is not on the menu) to be served, and if they can,...they would do it. I would consider it a restaurant that one goes for an occasion as it is not that cheap. A starter, main and desert + wine have cost us about €60/person. However, wouldn't mind going for a treat there once in a while. (This is my personal opinion) Parking: we had to go twice around the block to find a parking.More

There is absolutely no scope for bad name. Freshly cooked food and not reheated is the best yummy and healthy option and Da Luigi never failed in this. This is not a fast food outlet, this is a gourmet silver service... More
