Bacchus’s Chefs and Serving Staff make no bones about the fact that they consider the input of customers as the strongest motivation for them to give their customers the kind of experience they would enjoy. Lovely garden restaurant, historic building and very good food. Enjoy the setting and the meal and look around the main room featuring a Roman wall, an addition from the Arab occupation and a Spanish occupation roof - all making this place like Malta in miniature

We visited the restaurant in between lunch and dinner. We had a cheese and dips platter, the pulled pork and local sausage pasta and the famous rabbit stew, with all its extras. The food came quickly, the service was polite and friendly and everything seemed...More

In the middle of Mdina and as the temperature started stretching away from 30 degrees, we found this fabulous restaurant. It was cool and welcoming, and the staff were delightful. The interior is a large vaunted cellar-type, but wonderfully clean and light. I love the...More

We always eat here when visiting Malta as there's always a vegetarian/vegan option available for me to choose from, albeit not as many as I'd like. Ate inside as the roof top restaurant was closed (think it's being refurbished) which is a pity as it's...More
