Yes, it's hanging from a crane so it can move - the manager/controller has full control though so say you wanted a picture facing a certain way, he could move it until you're in that view. And it moves very slowly.
I would say definitely not, our 11 year old was fine but there is no way they can safely strap a car seat in and if they did you couldn’t get the baby out for circa 1.5 hours. I’d look elsewhere for dinner or get a baby... More
