Great place. The fresh fish (Sea Bass) was one of the best I've had cooked on Gozo. Good choice of food on menu, pasta portion sizes quite large. Service good too.

Great family run restaurant. It’s lovely that whilst maintaining an efficient service the staff find time to chat. Can recommend the stuffed calamari, delicious.
We have dined there several times and we were always satisfied with the food and service. However the last time we went there we had to wait over 45 minutes to be served as our order did not reach their kitchen due to computer technical...error. Had I not asked the waitress about our order we would have waited much longer as we noticed that several persons were being served well after we came in. Therefore we decided to leave and offered to pay for the drinks which the manager refused. Unfortunately we shall never return to this restaurant.More
It was the excellent service and food. I was surprised in a good way. With dishes they serve bread with wonderful butter. Prices are quiet decent. And they serve you really fast. I recommend to try their fish soup.
The restaurant is indeed in need of an interior upgrade, but I heard that before we even came, so no big deal really. We wanted good food, and we don't care too much about decor. Anyway, the food... We started with a calamari fritti starter...which was breaded and cooked perfectly. So light, crunchy and FRESH! The calamari at other places can be chewy and tough, but this was quite tender and delicious. The sauce seemed to be made in house, and was quite fresh as well. The fried brie starter was literally to die for! Cooked just right to have a nice crisp outside, and the brie had a perfect ooze, but not too much. The condiments for both starters were superb and very tasty. I had a chicken salad which again, was very fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My partner had breaded scampi which was awesome. We share everything and left feeling very full and pleased. The service was very professional, quick, and polite. It was nice to make a few jokes with the staff and they played along. I felt like I was a long-time customer, even though it was my first time there.More
Firstly... the young lad from Ghana who served us had an excellent attitude and a good sense of humour. My old man never really likes anyone but even he was won over by your infectious humour. Sorry we can't remember your name because we are...clearly both senile (and a little tipsy). Pizza has always been decent here. Light and fluffy dough with fresh ingredients at a sensible price. Yeah, the decor isn't modern and expensive but who cares? The building is water-tight and has a nice old feeling. If I wanted to eat in a stuck up Michelin starred restaurant being groomed by the owner and getting charged €10 for a glass of goats pee then I'd go to one. A laid back place, great to sit outside in the summer and drink wine and not worry about running up a big bill. Great staff. Don't change!More
Food just eatable, nothing more. Friendly foreign staff, extremly friendly I must admit.. Nice sitting there in the sun Might take long till attended when it's busy. Getting the bill takes a while.
Cozy place for dinner. Fish was nice, but quite expensive. Wine selection is really good and we tried Maltas wine. There are more good food, so just enjoy the dinner by the sea.
Friends called us and told us to join table. Must say we did love that . But food it wasn’t up to standard at all and very small portions on salad. My pasta rabbit was kinda ok but of course no pieces of rabbit at...all . Service was great and waiters had no clue what we’re doing. Wished I could take pictures but we had to leave anyway Decor is back from the 70s . I think it should be upgraded We’ll definitely I won’t be back unless things change. ThanksMore
Had a great lunch with fresh broccoli soup, fresh veal cordon bleu and great service especially Bibi who knows her job really well always with a smile and timely approach. This place is on the seafront picturesque bay views by the fishing harbour in the...nicest town of Gozo Marsalforn. Highly recommended.More
A typical Gozitan restaurant carrying a typical Gozitan menu, that’s not to say that it is not a good place to visit but many of the restaurants seem to carry a very similar menu with a very similar choice of food. Having said that it...is nice to keep things simple, and if you are into fish, the restaurant always have a choice of fresh fish. Weather permitting you can eat outside overlooking the fishing harbour, and the many of the fishing boats. The service is good and the couple of times I visited the restaurant I was made welcome. The menu does have something for everyone and the choices are good, just not excellent.More
Went for dinner with friends. All meals were ok but nothing extra, the special offer fresh fish was perfect. Our waitress was very nice and helpful.
I went to dine with my wife at this restaurant. Staff approach with a friendly smile. Mouthwatering food and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant in Marsalforn Gozo
Odyssey restaurant is a family run business I have been going there for over 30 years. I've always been satisfied with the friendly service and excellent food. I don't remember visiting Gozo and not visit Odyssey
Had lunch here today and it was really good. Very friendly staff, great hygiene and very clean. Food was great with big portions and all for really good prices. Nice location overlooking the see - really recommend.
