Had been with family, was a sunny day and quite windy, lovely view of the blue waters splashing the bay, was quite therapeutic.. The prices of the dishes were not dear considering the spot, had tuna grilled with Mediterranean sauce and bread crumbs, quite yummy and the roasted potatoes with mixed veggies were a sure hit, not to mention a glass of Merlot went a long way for an ideal lunch at this amazing place.. Worth the visit.!!

Today we visited Pierre’s for a late lunch - this was not our first visit, we know how good this place is. We were greeted by Cristina, that accompanied us to our table and described to us the specials of the day. We had muscles and fried calamari rings as a starter. The muscles came in the most amazing broth ( we had to soak it all up with maltese bread) and the fried calamari rings which were delicious as always. As main dishes we ordered a grilled red snapper and stuffed calamari which were part of the specials of the day. Both dishes came with veg and roasted potatoes. Fish was excellent, with beautiful grill marks, fresh and cooked to perfection. If you happen to visit on a day where the stuffed calamari are available, do not think twice and go for it! Wow. The calamari were stuffed with the most delicious stuffing and came in a sauce which got us instantly hooked - this dish was a great hit with us. The food is testament to the fact that the chefs know what they’re doing and most of all love what they do. All this lovely food came for a very reasonable price. Annabelle and Cristina were both very nice to us, were very attentive and offered the best service. Exceptional quality of food, polite, helpful and friendly staff and a meal that is value for money. Keep it up and well done!

We have had lunch and dinner at Pierre's Restaurant and both meals were superb. The restaurant is located right on the edge of the bay at Marsalforn, a very pretty holiday spot on the coast of Gozo. I ordered the seafood platter for 1 and it was huge - really a seafood platter for 2! It consisted of the freshest prawns, mussels, salmon, tuna, octopus and grilled calamari served with salad and fries. The best, freshest seafood I have ever had! My wife had the fish of the day prepared by the chef which was also delicious. We had a table right on the water's edge one evening and it was an absolutely fantastic, unforgettable experience to have a delicious dinner whilst watching the sun go down. The staff are very efficient and friendly and the prices extremely good value for money. Pre-book to avoid dissapointment.

The food was disappointing, the service even worse.
Food- overcooked and chewy octopus with the salad. Main of salmon penne a little better, but served with basil that was very clearly not fresh.
The service? Waiting to be served, waiters were actively avoiding eye contact to actually engage. Absolutely no smiles or pleasantries taking orders or plates, everything was terse and gruff.
At the end of the meal, with my card on the table to pay the bill (lasted ~15 mins), a manager simply came over and grunted 'cash only'. Let alone customer service, not even basic politeness is to be found here. For the record, there wasn't a sign denoting cash only.

The food here is excellent and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. One main thing that I can complain about is the fact the my food took a solid HOUR AND A HALF to be served. But it was worth the wait. Another thing is that there was a lot of noise. A group of kids were standing right behind us and were being so loud. Another thing I must complain about is, since the tables are right next to the ocean, there was a strange odor of fish but that isn’t the restaurant’s fault. Nonetheless, it was an average experience.

Went to Pierres twice in September 2020 and had really good food and service. On return to Marsalform in October went to Pierres twice again on 4th and 6th October and were greeted by friendly staff and had beautiful meals on both evenings. Situated by the waterside the restaurant was excellent with both food quality, presentation and taste of foods ordered. Would recommend Pierres to anyone visiting Marsalform.

Despite a mix up and complete confusion with our booking and although we had specified to sit at a table by the water's edge but were forced to sit elsewhere our experience ended up to be a positive one.
All the staff were very pleasant ,the swordfish,and mixed spaghetti with shellfish were wow ,my granddaughter approved of the pizza but my daughter found the pasta with salmon underwhelming.
Portions were large,fish was very fresh and prices were reasonable.
We will come again but on a quieter evening probably mid week.

We used to come here every year for a birthday celebration, this year it was such a different experience and it's the first time anywhere that we have refused to pay a service charge. We were constantly kept waiting, menus, drinks, starters, and we even had to wait for over an hour between our starter and our main course: When we finally caught someone's eye to remind them she said "it's just coming" and within two minutes our meals arrived; cold and wilted after having clearly been left on the pass for too long! The service was shocking, uncaring, even arrogant and the staff were simply too busy to care!

It’s our first time out in over 3 months and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Staff were lovely, but not too much, but the food was awesome. We shared a cernia ravioli, just beautiful pasta. One stuffed squid and barracuda in a parcel, all cooked to perfection with (for once) delicious vegetables and roast potatoes. Please book the hell out of this place, because you will not regret it

We came here for lunch and hoped to have an enjoyable lunch sat by the sea. Although the food was nice, it was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences I have had - it was incredibly stressful due to the large swarms of flies (and wasps) flying around the tables, making it a constant battle between eating and batting flies away. To make matters worse, one of the wasps landed in my drink, to which a waiter looked at it, said “oh”, took it away with not so much of an offer of another drink.
The food and price however was good, so hopefully the can sort this out, in which case I’d rate this much higher.

Today we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch with Pagell fish, deep fried calamari and tuna steak with pepper crust. All was fresh and cooked to perfection.
The service was excellent and the staff was helpful throughout our meal which was reasonably priced.
Pierre' s has become our favorite restaurant in Gozo.

Absolutely my favourite restaurant when in Gozo. Each dish is prepared with care and nothing disappoints. Book as always full! I love the pasta and meat dishes and the desserts are always a perfect send to each meal. Reasonably priced too which is a plus!

Pierres is a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant right on the waters edge in Marsalforn. The menu is varied and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Fresh calamari was fantastic and my daughter said the carbonara was the best she had ever eaten! Free bread basket too. 9/10. Would definitely go back

Have been there multiple times and can highly recommend for anyone who is looking for local fresh fish and Mediterranean dishes directly by the sea.
We booked a table in advanced to make sure we get our favorite table.
We enjoyed bruschetta and antipasti as a starter and grilled fish platter and smoked salmon pasta as main course. Kids had pizza and spaghetti.
Certainly a waste selection for everyone.
And don’t forget to try one of their delicious desserts.

After walking along the harbour edge and reviewing our options we decided on this restaurant due to the delicious sounding specials offering. We were not disappointed. We both chose the stuffed calamari which was fabulous. It came with a choice of two sides, and the veg and potatoes for me and chips and salad for my husband were all good. With our drinks beforehand we were given bread and a crab spread....I require gluten free so asked if they had an option for me....I was delighted when they brought me not only gf bread but crackers too. We couldn’t fault anything about this restaurant.
