Pebbles Restaurant & Caffe celebrates over 25 years of service in Marsalforn Bay, Gozo. Pebbles first open its doors in 1993 and extended another area Pebbles Caffe’ in 2003. Through all these years, the landscape in Marsalforn has somewhat changed since Pebbles Restaurant first opened their doors. Despite the changes to the once little fishing village, there are some things you can always be sure of, at Pebbles Restaurant & Caffe’. Here you are guaranteed a friendly warm welcome and a promise of genuine Mediterranean cuisine. Pizza remains a firm favourite on the menu with a wide choice of toppings recommended by our chef. Pizza is here available at all times at Pebbles Restaurant and Caffe. We proudly offer the largest outdoor seating terrace which is fantastically located in the centre of Marsalforn taking in spectacular views of this most popular seaside village. Our menu offers a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine dishes including pasta/fresh fish/meats/gluten free.

We were specifically looking forward to eating here as it came highly recommended by coeliacs for a good selection of gluten free food. Imagine our joy at finding not only pasta available but also pizza, bread and wraps too. The restaurant is open and located in a great spot facing Marsalforn seafront and they also accommodated our dog who was with us for our stay in Gozo. The pizza was delicious and the general pricing was very reasonable. Wonderful experience and definitely up to Covid restriction standards. Highly recommended for sure.

We went to pebbles reasturant by chance, as we were not planning to dine out. But today was a bit windy so we decided to go and dine at the first reasturant we found, and by god were we lucky! We were greeted into the reasturant by a charming young waiter, he was so nice and friendly to us! We could see him smiling from behind the mask. We sat, and he took our order, but before our food was out we were given complimentary nibbles with some of the local sun dried tomato paste. We ate Fresh Cozze, It was DIVINE! It was sooo good, the best i have tasted by far. The young waiter kept the act going very well, even tough the wind was causing minor problems. Well done pebbles for a lovely after noon, you will surely see us back in summer :)

we were walking on the bay looking for a restaurant that evening. we stopped in front of this restaurant which honestly was not our first choice. it was late and everything was already full. the waitress greeted us very kindly, giving us a table even if it seemed that the restaurant was going to close soon. we ate a very generous starter. But when the dish arrived we were stunned. we each took ribs and my companion being a big eater, could not finish his dish and neither did I, it was so generous. The sweet bbq sauce was to die for. we finally asked for the rest of the ribs to take away. I couldn't resist to the temptation to taste their banofee and I was really not disappointed. I never tasted this dessert and being a big fan of bananas, I loved it. although I was full after the main course, the lightness of this dessert allowed me to eat it without problem. Just a little disappointed that we had to put our food ourselves in the take-out boxes, but this remains a detail that we do not really take into account after this wonderful evening. The value for money is really excellent and I can ONLY recommend this restaurant.

On a busy Saturday night, Pebbles was the only restaurant we could find a seat in without a booking.
We both chose pasta dishes. It was around €3 to change the dish to a large portion. However the serving sizes were still really small, so I’d be intrigued to see a regular portion.
It also took a really long time to get any waiters’ attention to get the bill which meant we were sat waiting a while.
However a positive result as being sat right next to the sea with the sound of the waves.

Sunday lunchtime,service worst ever i may be British but i am a redident of Gozo so i hope tourists do not get this service.
The young man that ran the indoor section maybe some sort of matre de needs retraining unless this is there standard service for touristi.
He took away side plates when we orderd just chicken wings, so no where for bones,bread if we had time to order or a place to rest cutlery.
Then took away water glasses before we had a chance to order water or (even asked if we would like water).
Ordered a drink it came 15mins later (i retrieved it going somewhere else)
Then when i put down my empty glass (very thirsty 36c) instead of asking did i want another drink just picked up my glass and started to clear the table,before i blew my top my wife ushered we should leave as this was the worst dining experiance of being a 5yr resident.
Dear owner please retrain your staff and you will make more money.

I ordered a dish under the salad menu called Vegan Heaven which HAD to include quinoa, mixed four beans & nuts.
As you can see for yourselves from the photo, my plate did not include ANY quinoa, nor beans and hardly any nuts. ( yes, I did check the bottom and I did give it a mix )
I called the waiter explaining that I ordered this particular salad which one of the main ingredients should have been quinoa and NOT a bunch of lettuce.
He kept on insisting that there is quinoa and enough beans in the plate.
He then grabbed my plate and took it back to the kitchen and came with it with a only a few more nuts and beans in the plate.
Price for this dish was 10.50.
Definitely not going there again. Rip off

My family and I went to Pebbles restaurant on Marselforn promenade and had a wonderful experience. We were looking for authentic Maltese food that wasn't touristy. We had starters, mains and dessert and everything tastes amazing. I highly recommend the traditional Maltese dessert imqaret (date cakes) - they were freshly made and were amazing. The service was brilliant and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We booked in advance due to our big party. Highly recommend it.

One of the only restaurants that was opened during the day and based on menu, prices and reviews were very hopeful. Decided to split the pizza and were surprised how big the portion was per person. However this turned into an unpleasant surprise when the parmesan on crudo came with mold. Needless to say the entire experience was ruined for us despite the staff offering to make a new one. Would not go back.

I recommend Pebbles Restaurant in Marsalforn! Its location, friendly staff, and good food sound like great qualities for a dining experience. Pebbles Restaurant is known for its Mediterranean and Maltese cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood dishes. It's always wonderful to find a restaurant where the staff is welcoming and the food is enjoyable. Sharing personal recommendations can be helpful for others looking for dining options in Marsalforn. will visit again for sure !

This is the first place you come to as you arrive the waterfront. They serve breakfast as well as lunch. It was nice to have a shaded table looking over the seafront.
Excellent service and clean toilets also available.
The Tiramisu €4.25 was very nice along with the Capuccione €2.20. The chilled pint of Cisk was very refreshing for just €4.00. A memorable experience.

A great spot for lunch with very friendly and attentive service. Pleasantly surprised by the speed of service given that the restaurant was packed by 2 coach loads of people, you couldn't tell! Really good choice of pizzas and they were all delicious. We will come again next time we are in Gozo.

We came over from Malta walking from our Hotel Holiday in Circewwa, took the bus to Marsalforn, were looking for fast but good evening meal. We were greeted by a kind and very helpful Gozitan gentleman who assured us we would be taken care of. Well done and I would definitely recommend this establishment to fellow travellers, the good and service is outstanding! A definite good place to enjoy great food and service!!!

Lovely setting by sea in beautiful bay of marsalforn. Large umbrellas for welcome shade. Friendly staff and many gluten free options. We had huge tasty pizzas (one was gluten free). Several drinks then moved across the road to watch the formula one with a couple more drinks in one of their indoor areas. Wonderful will be back soon

We visited pebbles in December during stormy weather. It was lovely to have lunch here, looking at the rough see and enjoying the delicious food.
The restaurant is really very close to the sea.
The staff was very kind and we didn't have to wait long.
I really can recommend this place!

This restaurant was such a disappointment. We ordered starters and main courses. Everything was delivered at the same time! I asked to see the manager and was told he was on a break. He did not appear at all. The staff are too fresh off the boat. Poor English. No intelligence. Avoid this place
