A very kind waiter told us that they have new menus with 5 courses (vegetarian, seafood, meat - you can choose also 3 or 4 from the menu). We chose the seafood menu which consisted in tuna carpaccio, soup with scampi, tortelli with cuttlefish and the main course octopus. Very fair price. The ingredients were fresh and extremely well prepared by a very young chef Erik. Definitely the best seafood we've had in the area. And not just seafood ... we had previously a florentine steak, čevapčiči and some other food and the was always delicious.

Tasty food, impressive presentation and very friendly staff with professional approach to guests. We loved the homemade bread too, you can tell that they pay attention to details and we appreciate that. Lovely ambient and outdoor place too. Tuna carpaccio was exceptionally delicious. We will definitely come back again!

The place makes you feel welcome and it is a very lovely place to eat - inside and outside. The service is kind and knowledgeable about local wines. They really know how to combine flavors and create harmonious dishes. Only execution flaws spoiled the experience a little.

Martina prepared us a meal because their new excellent chef had not yet started in the month we visited. And it was the best Tagliata di Manzo in years! Excellent award-winning olive oil, wines by Batic (the famous winery down the road) and other Slovenian producers, high quality produce; everything was great. A delightful place with lovely, heartwarming & hard-working people. We love it!
Their ParkLijak must be the best camping place for wine & food lovers in Slovenia :-)

First time we are guests and very pleasant surprise that confirms the very good reviews.
A well-furnished, modern restaurant that reflects Slovenian traditions by revisiting them.
Various menus are available with more or less courses according to guests' tastes and preferences.
Excellent dishes, with quality raw materials as well as wines in combination, all excellent and local that enhanced the dishes.
Well also the service with the owner who well entertains guests guiding them in the choices and explanation of the dishes in excellent Italian.

Gostilna Termika is located a short distance from the border of Nova Gorica, in the Slovenian countryside.
The restaurant is run by Martina in the kitchen and Aleksander in the dining room. We spent a nice evening on the internal terrace enjoying dishes prepared with care and attention using local traditional products and combined with local wines from the Vipacco Valley.
Thanks to Aleksander and Martina for their hospitality and good luck with ambitious future projects.

A nice surprise, hidden in a camping place near the local road between Ajdovscina and Nova Gorica. The couple running the place was really nice, suggesting best food and wine pairings. Excellent food, mainly local, paired with wines from Vipava Valley wineries. We enjoyed our meal with a view of paragliders and hang gliders in the air and landing on the nearby meadow.

We were really thrown off by what we expected and what we got. You think you're stepping into a quick, easy and chilled out restaurant/bar and instead got 5 star service. The food was really nice and excellent quantity of food too. It is definitely a hidden gem off a main road. Also, it's not too expensive!

Excellent experience. Better homemade pasta than in Italy...
Nice decoration and quality of wine classes. They offer only local wines, for example Bizjak merlot-cabernet, which beats many supertoscanians.
Food wine pairing was very good.
Very nice and friendly couple hosting the restaurant and Camping.
They can arrange the ride up to paraglider launch.

We were there part of Teden restavracij and there was a bit problems with time management so we have to wait a little. This and a few smaller mistakes were minus and everything else was a big plus. They are not fancy restaurant but there is a way fot them to become one

Great meals, tasty, we ordered fish and t-bone, carpaccios were top, "suffle" was excellent.
The atmosphere was warm, personnel very kind, professional, we were amazed.
We were on the terrace - so no masks:)needed.

We went on 15 august, where everyone was full. We take a nice grill, potatoes and water. 9 euro each one for the grill. Food was good, service nice, price very low. And surely we'll come back next summer!
Btw I found here a question for Halal but I'm not muslim so I really dont care about!! Here is pork food!!!
