You can’t miss this café. One of the best in Bethlehem. Highly recommended. And the waiter speaks A very good Spanish.

This is the place to be if you want to meet nice people (locals/expats/travellers/etc.), have good food, enjoy cultural activities and/or get some work doen while zipping from the best coffee of Palestine! It's really a place for everyone, has a smoke free zone, a...children's area, roof terrace and I believe a special area to sit with your laptop as well. The owners are hard working, open minded, honest people and very knowledgeable about the region and things to do. So if you don't know where to start your Palestine experience, start here!More

The menu has been updated recently and there's now a great selection of winter soups and salads. Check out the cabinet of local produce and crafts for some gifts that support local initiatives instead of big businesses! If the weather is nice, the roof top...is great.More

Really tasty food and interesting atmosphere. The staff is kind and smiley, they will also help you with the menu if needed. The café is full of books, for you to read, and art pieces are hanging on the wall so it's nice to either...grab a coffee or a having a bite.More

Singer has a million great reviews for a reason -- amazing good vibes in a warm and welcoming gathering place in a traditional stone house in Beit Sahour's beautiful old city with a gorgeous terrace upstairs. Delicious coffees, cold drinks, and food prepared with a...LOT of care. A great place to relax for the morning or afternoon, or find out about the wealth of walking tours and local excursions (To Be There with Baha is not to be missed) and volunteer opportunities in the area. I really don't know how these folks manage to make this place so special, other than by being themselves. Some of the best people you will meet anywhere in the world live and work here. Really there is a lot going on in Beit Sahour - thousands of years of history, Mary's well, El Beir Arts and Seeds, and local music workshops. There is also great music many nights at Al-Jisser, a fantastic bar run by the same people who run Singer. Ah!! I wish I could bring my mother here. She would love it.More

Beautiful people and quality coffee/food. Love this spot. Basically lived here when I was in Palestine for a year. Visited daily. Reminded me of home in many ways. Did I mention the amazing people you’ll meet?

This cafe is not only wonderful for coffee, drinks, food and atmosphere, as they are in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and have a wonderful roof top - but it is also a gathering place where visitors to the area and locals can find ways to...connect. The walls are often a site where you can find information about walking tours, volunteer opportunities, arabic studying opportunities, and community gatherings. The people who are running the space host dinners and special events, and often have a lot of insight about what is going on in the area. I love Singer and always feel welcomed home when I go for a visit. Truly unique place!More

If you are in the Bethlehem/Beit Sahour area, it is worth checking out Singer Cafe even if that means carving out extra time or going out of your way. It is really the best coffee in all of the area, so those who like cafes...need to try it. Plus you can meet locals and get a real sense of how some Palestinians spend their time - especially the young hip crowd that has managed to carve out a space for themselves despite Occupation. You will get a chance to see how they have re-purposed an old and special building. Singer's food is great, their atmosphere fabulous and really its important to just go to Singer and support what they are doing.More

I don’t know where to start about how much I love this place. I’m an American who loves going to Bethlehem and making this place my second home when I’m there. The food is great and the marshmallow hot chocolate in winter is a must....Also try the chai and the crepes. However the best part is the people you meet there! I’ve met the most amazing people from all around the world! I have life time friends thanks to Singer Cafe! It’s one of the most magical places on earth filled with soul! It’s the local hang out and the family that own this cozy cafe are some of the most special, kind and wonderful people you will ever meet!More
