We needed goceries and food after 16 hours of travel, and the gorcrey store had just closed. Nothing else open. They sold us an over priced (600isk) pint of milk, but nothing else even remotely edible. We aren't burger/pizza eaters.

Can be hard to find a vegan or vegetarian meal in many places in Iceland but the veggie burgers and pizza here were good and reasonably priced. Feels a bit like an American diner! Oh, and they serve beer too!

You will not give anything for this place when you see ir from the outside next to the gas station but IT IS WORTH A STOP. They have ver very good chicken wings with different sources. Their salad and burgers are also very good. We...definitely recommend this place! Also, very friendly 😀More

I was really hoping to like this place and dispel the notion that you can't get good food at a gas station. Unfortunately, my experience didn't do that. I asked for a burger with no pink, well done. You can see the result in the...picture. When I brought it back up front, the cook was obviously upset that I pointed it out. I just left the burger and ate the fries (which were good). Even if the burger had been cooked it was still very much a thin fast food production. I will put this $20 towards a regular restaurant bill next time.More

We were passing through Stykkishólmur and decided to just eat at the gas station, thinking at least we could get some half-decent burgers. I ordered the vegan oumph burger with garlic mushrooms and vegan aioli and was pleasantly surprisef as it tasted like a burger...at ana expensive restaurant. A lesson in making gas station food taste great that other gas stations should definetely learn.More

Apparently they've moved, but went here years ago and they had surprisingly really really good burgers. Had some pulled pork nachos that were not that good, but we were far from mexican food so can't really ding them for that.

Almost nothing open in the town. Skúrinn looks like a deserted gas station and it needs total upgrade. Once inside we received a warm welcome and surprisingly good food. Try the chicken wrap or “Senior Citizen” burger. One advice though - the fries come in...large portions. One portion feeds 3 people.More

The restaurant is not a small dining hall attached to a gas station. We spoke with the owner and he explained that he sold his restaurant (the one you will see in many of the pictures) to operate more of a fast food joint attached...to the gas station. It is worth a stop if you are interested in a good fresh pizza. Very convenient and fairly priced. It is worth a stop.More

All the food trucks are gone in the winter so we'd to look for a place to get a quick meal. We ended up here. It's a gas station with a small dining. They only served pizza when we arrived but that was not a...problem. The pizza's are big and tasteful.More

We were seated even though the place was swamped. We had cold beers on our table right away, and the food arrived in a timely manner despite the place being packed with hungry patrons. Fish was out-of-this-world good, as fresh as can be.

We were so lucky to stop here on our ring road tour. We showed up 15 min before closing and the chef/owner was kind enough to serve us delicious burgers and cold beer. Please come hungry because the portions are very generous. The sweet potato/mix...fries are great too!More
