At Public House Gastropub, we put an emphasis on serving fun dining along with some quality ambience. We use Icelandic ingredients but we add some “japanese flair” to our dishes as we like to have fun with our food and drinks.
Dodging a snow shower we happened upon this place and were immediately seated and ordered drinks. The waitress asked if we had been to Iceland before and recommended Snorri an Icelandic beer . It was superb, one of the nicest I've ever had !

A fabulous spot in downtown shopping area of Reykjavík! This was the best fish & chips we have ever had . Served nicely with a glass of Gull . Service was exceptional and portion sizes were perfect. This is a must visit!

I really don't understand your complaint. Every weekend between 12:00-15:00 we offer bottomless brunch for 3.990 iskr or bottomless brunch with drinks for 4.990 iskr. If you don't want either we have our regular menu and drink menu.

BLACK ANGUS BEEF SLIDER in a BLACK bun is f.e.:ISK1.790 which would be about 16 bucks. be aware - the plates are beautiful but small. You might want to have two courses over here...beers starting from 1300 - 11.50
