We stopped here after dinner and to try the rye bread ice cream. The staff gave us samples of a few of the more "unusual" flavors. They were all good and interesting but the vanilla and raspberry we decided on were excellent. Next visit this...shop will be on our go to again list.More
If locals tell you to try somewhere, you definitely do it! It may have been dark and very cold, but the ice cream was amazing. Definitely worth the visit - especially if you like the idea of liquorice ice cream!
There are a couple of...Valdis in Reykjavik so look for the nearest to you, and be sure to try a few different flavours at once - always a winner.More
It was so good we went twice! Great little ice cream parlour, brightly coloured with bench and table and chairs outside which in Covid times was really appreciated. I had the liquorice flavour and my friend redcurrant in a small tub. Generous portions not too...pricey, worth the money. Staff friendly.More
I live 2 minutes away and stopped there maskless so I couldn't go in but asked for a taste for my dog. The girl came out with a taste. Class act. The best icecream store in the city. It has amazing Icecream that looks like...art. They are the best.More
