Raw chicken in the starter, unwashed lobster in the soup and the pizza was not good, the 9 years old didn't even eat it...

We searched Laugavegur for somewhere reasonable to have dinner. Found Meze and with it's Turkish cuisine hoped it would be mid-priced. Error! Basically everywhere is expensive in Iceland! Although I think in hind sight Laugvegur is like eating on St Mark's Square in Venice. We...shared a starter of Borek. Then the fish gratin served with potatoes and salad. Cost 3990 isk, approximately £85. The meal was delicious and the cost did include a glass of wine. The service was good too!More

Decided to try here as the italian next door was too busy and we didn’t want to queue. Quickly seated and our order was taken. Quite busy so a nice atmosphere. We ordered a chicken and halloumi pizza, a Margherita pizza and lamb chops, and...3 sodas. Meal was really quick, hot and tasty. Total bill was about £62 which for the portion sizes was quite reasonable for Iceland prices. Whilst the service was quick, when they got busier and therefore a bit more occupied, the staff were a bit less friendly but not rude. Definitely worth a try.More

The first & main courses are very good but not impressed with the deserts, “Baklava” more like egg custard. Waiting staff were completely useless and the best part was being asked to move to an opposite table half way through a meal!! This may have...been avoided if they took bookings in advance, which they don’t. I have previously been happy with this restaurant, but will not be returning.More

Great lamb chops. The wine is a bit below average. Service is good. A nice place to stop for dinner.

Very delicious meal and festive atmosphere for me and my two daughters to have dinner. The lamb kebabs were very tasty and my daughters shared a yummy pepperoni pizza. We also had the hummus app which we inhaled. The service was very good and we...highly recommend.More

We visited here on our first evening in Reykjavik. The staff were very friendly and we had mulled wine and pizzas. Considering how expensive it is in Iceland, we found this was good value.

We visited twice during our stay and found the food and ambience lovely. It was also reasonably priced considering it was in Reykjavik!
