Found this place by accident on our return from the main "church" and it provided welcome respite from the cold and damp weather. The cafe is small and cosy with a small and intimate menu to match. There are lots of good vegetarian and vegan...More

Very unique little cafe. Soups were spot on. I had the Special of Tomato Soup and Grilled cheese, probably the best tomato soup I've had. Warming and hearty. My girlfriend had the traditional Lamb Soup, she said it was "mmmm mmmm mmmm" which I can...More

Ordered food and took ages to get it and it was not even good. I don't know if it was old or something. Not to talk about the dirt around tables and in the toilet. Other places in town suit me better.

Fast service, okay prices, interesting decor. My teen did not like the extra sauces/flavoring on the bacon/egg/cheese panini, but my tomato soup & grilled cheese was super hearty and delicious. Free wifi, good cold, icy water!

This was one of our favorite spots in Iceland. Probably the best tomato soup I've ever had, which goes great with the grilled cheese. They also had enormous cookies and decent paninis. Great spot to chill out or to start your day before you go...More

The traditional lamb soup with free bread was excellent, and warmed us up nicely. Didn't have time for dessert, but it all looked delicious. The decor and atmosphere is welcoming and unassuming, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilets are ... erm...More

Sheltered in Babalu after seeking somewhere to get out of the driving rain. We were about to leave as there were no tables downstairs, but a waiter informed us there was more seating upstairs. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of tables and...More

Th food is mediocre at best. Had the tomato soup and cheese combo. For the price you can get better elsewhere Quirky decor, eclectic, bric and brac type vibe. Coffee is overpriced and bitter. Yeah the toilet is Star Wars themed but so what? Overall...More

A nice place to stop for a coffee and slice of cake. The service is friendly, and the surroundings quirky: from the currencies of the world hanging from the walls to the Star Wars toilet. It was hard to tell if people were queuing for...More
