From the moment we stepped into this restaurant all four of us just had this feeling that we were in for something very special. The attention to detail and the level of service were exceptional. The food was a taste sensation. This very talented chef and his team provided us with a meal that hit high after high. I cannot... More

We had a seafood soup which included mussels and scallops in an excellent broth. Great bread for dipping. My main course had 2 kinds of fish with mashed potatoes and some other veggies. My daughter had salmon. Our dessert was a pistachio cake with berries. The best meal we had in Iceland, and the most expensive. A great location near... More

Best meal ever in a restaurant- also most expensive but i wou,d go back again given half a chance. I didn't book a table (8pm) but the staff were quick to help us out, it was a busy evening but still accommodated us. The service was exemplary (we soon realised tnis wasn't a cheap night out). Right off the main shopping street, this is a nice spot to end the day after a bit of late shopping (many shops open past 9 PM). We enjoyed exceptionally fresh seafood, and our server provided a free appetizer because service was slow during a rush time. We were in no hurry, just enjoying a relaxed dinner, so no issues,... We had a lovely meal here. We chose the Ling and langoustine. Delicious. The staff were attentive and knowledgable. Inevitably it was expensive but a memorable final meal.

The restaurant is cozy but still professional. Staff is really attentive and make sure everything is okay for you. Food is really great and big portions too.

Had dinner here on a rainy Sunday night, two of us had the shell fish soup appetizer which was exceptional, broth to die for, with ample scallops, shrimp and mussels. Cocktails also very good. Codfish main course tasty and well salted but not too much. Bread fresh and service good. Third diner preferred meat and his beef carpaccio and lamb... More

It's all about the fish at this popular bistro. We chose the three course set fish menu which was very good.

We enjoyed our dinner here - lovely spot in Reykjavik - everything is expensive here, but we had a great dinner. Service was so-so but it was fun people watching and good value for Iceland standards.
