We came here for my fiancé's birthday and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Both our starters (whale and puffin in a jar) were incredibly tasty, and so were our mains (salmon dog and chicken burger). They came out so quickly and the...service was very attentive and friendly. To celebrate the occasion we also had a few beers from their extensive collection and their skyr dessert which went down a treat. Of all the restaurants we tried on our stay here, this is the place we'd go back to. Thank you for making it an experience to remember!More

Really great food and atmosphere, and great service. They had a lot of nice food on the menu, and can recommend various menus when in doubt. They have a great selection of beers. As for food, we can highly recommend the lobster hotdog. In general...it is worth a visit.More

We’ve eaten here 3 times and the food has been fantastic every time, we have never been at all disappointed. There’s a varied selection of Icelandic food but, whatever your taste, the menu will appeal to all. The staff are welcoming, friendly and more than...happy to chat and give suggestions about where to go in Iceland. They can help by telling you about places you’d never ever contemplated because they spend enough time talking to you to understand your possible interests and also because they’ve been out there and done it. We love the popped cod skin, bernaise burger and fish of the day, they’re always excellent choices. All in all, it’s a warm, welcoming, haven with amazing food, great staff and good beers.More

Very relaxed atmosphere, you can come as you are, even straight from the harbor soaked in salt water. I would imagine this place is usually full, but at this time it was pleasantly peaceful. We ate both European and Icelandic food. I even tasted Hákarl....Good selection of beer.More

This place offers a huge selection of craft beers, both draft and bottled. In addition they have several Icelandic dishes. I tried Hakarl (which is the shark), together with a shot of Brennivin. The smell was worse than they taste. Would absolutely recommend this place...for food tasting and drinks! The service was great.More

Very nice food, the whale was delicious and they was very pleasant. The shark was also good. The waiters were also on time. And we didn’t have to wait.
