Truly best hotdog ever! Not kidding get the original dog and don’t be scared. There are some bad tourist food to be had in Reykjavik, but this is not one of them. I don’t do very many ok reviews/ middle of the road ones, because it...doesn’t help in making choices. This was a great choice! Not only affordable but really tasty! Please don’t leave this area without getting one from here!More

If Joey Chestnut ate here he’d slow it down… dogs that good. It’s just a stand selling hot dogs. We got the loaded dog and spent maybe $3 equivalent for the dog. I’m thinking this is my go to snack shack. Desert? Pregame?

It is certainly worth a stop if you are in the area. It is in a convenient area and there is also room to stop and enjoy the treat

The Iceland hotdogs are apparently made of lamb. They come with four toppings - ketchup (different from USA), mustard (also different) raw onion and crispy onion. Overall they were good. Glad I tried one.

Cheap hotdogs…always a queue at the booths. Nice and tasty, great street food which is a must to grab some grub on the go. Very famous…Google it.

I have been there 27th December 2021, went extra to Reykjavik "best Hotdog" and then this..... not better than our Ikea-Hotdog's in Germany. Chanceless to the Hotdogs i tried in New York. All in all boring. Sorry

Fantastic hotdogs! We can see why these are so popular with locals and tourists, really nice snack whilst walking around Reykjavik; great mix of sauces and crunch of the dried onion

The best hot dogs I’ve ever had!! We first tried these during the Reykjavik food walk and have been obsessed with them since. We get them with “everything” and I’m definitely going to try to recreate this when we get home. These are a must!!!

Small stand but big on taste! Simple yet delicious. We were looking for a quick cheap bite and found this open on a late night. Would definitely recommend !!

Not knowing what's in hotdogs in the US, I reluctantly looked up what was in these dogs. Still hesitant, I ordered one on or first day in Reykjavik when we accidently came across the stand while walking around. It was an interesting sauce, and actually...not bad. It's just one of those things you have to do if you're in Reykjavik.More
