we visited the heated sea water pool next to Nautholl and took the chance to get a table for lunch, simple fair, very well done, great service, made to feel very welcome, lot of locals out for Sunday lunch which is always a good sign, not that easy to find and roadworks didn't help but don't let that put you... We went to Nauthóll and we're pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed fantastic dinner, a trout and a chicken salad and both dishes were delicious. We ate outside, however this is only recommended if the sun is shining as it quickly became shilly when the sun disappeared. Overall this was a nice experience which we may repeat.

After a bike ride we passed by chance along Nautholl. The sunny weather and beautiful terrace invited us immediately to have a lunch and it was a great one: - The food and wine were very good. - The waitress was friendly and correct - The place invites you to relax and enjoy the surroundings and good company.

We visited here in a very large group and a set menu had been organised for us. To start, we had salmon which was delicious. They served a marinated lamb as an alternative which I'm told was also very nice. For the main course, we were served duck. It was cooked incredibly well and everyone enjoyed it. Desert was a... My sister had her wedding reception here. The staff was very accommodating to her needs as we spent 2 days between setting up the wedding and the reception. They were helpful at every turn, service for the 100+ guests and the crasher's (After all , it's Iceland, we're all related !) went without a hitch and I cannot say enough... More

We went there for a family meal on 12 June 2016. I am usually very patient, but this was over the top. The waitresses were terrible. We got the menu cards alright but were then completely ignored. They walked past our table many times but never even bothered to ask, let alone look our way. We repeatedly tried to get... More

Not sure how many tourists make it out here. The soups were delicious, beer plentiful, and the view was great. Reminded my of trendy growler stations in college towns but this one the adults had taken over. Loved the food. Walk down to the thermal beach for a quick dip then up the hill for ice cream. Bus stops very... More

We had group dinner here organized by our host. It is very nice place and we can relax on the patio. The food was of high quality and tasty. The wine choice was perfect. A recommended restaurant.

Went here as a late lunch with my wife and two children. The food was good but it was clear that as non local we were not welcome, the server working our area refused to make eye contract and served three other tables that were seated after us, one table she stood beside our table to take their order. After... More
