I should have noticed the problem when I walked into the restaurant, none of the tables had any food on them at all when we walked in. We waited with bated breath as appetizers trickled out of the kitchen one at a time, hoping that perhaps we were the lucky chosen ones to get our food. We waited over half... More

Good range of dishes especially vegetarian which are not in abundance in Reykjavik. I had a really tasty vegetable korma with a Nepalese rice and my husband and son enjoyed their chicken dishes. Not cheap but average price for Iceland. Lovely proprietor who encouraged us to put our tip in the collection pot for the Nepalese orphans that they support.... More

We had a very good dinner here the 2d night we were in Iceland. They only had the downstairs open. It was busy but we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The food was delicious and it was a nice change from exploring some of the more traditional Icelandic foods. Great place for vegetarians.

We ate here on the first night of our short break in Reykjavik. We chose this restaurant as it has a good range of vegetarian options and the food was good, although a little lacking in spice for our tastes. The service was not so good, we were lucky as we arrived when there were only a few other diners... More

We ate here a few times over the course of our week in Iceland. The food was excellent with quick waiters and prompt service. The only downside is that because it's so good, it gets crowded. The naan bread we got had raisins, coconut and almonds. We inhaled it, and ordered more, in addition to the curry dishes we ate.... More

As first timers to the wonderful country of Iceland, and having experienced massive delays at London Gatwick, we thought we would opt for something familiar but perhaps a little different from our usual choice of food. We were too tired, wet, and hungry to trail through the thousands of reviews of Icelandic cuisine options, so having spotted this restaurant earlier... More

We ate here tonight and cannot fault it. The food is so delicious! The staff are super friendly and happy to help with any allergy advice required. They also check how spicy you like your food to be which was a bonus (I hate spicy food!) the food took time but it does state everything is freshly prepared so allow... More

We went on early Saturday Evening around 18:00. No reservation but enough free tables. Service was very friendly, the owner had everything under control. He made sure to explain everything on the menu. When ordering food we could choose how spicy the curry should be. It was amazing. Never eaten anything better. PERFECT. I can't understand other reviews who stated... More

This is somewhere you must visit, a restaurant with a difference and Nepalese cuisine is wonderful. The greeting you receive is so warm and inviting, staff helpful in recommending a dish to suit your taste. The food is all freshly prepared and served with a smile. A small place but is always full this speaks volumes as to the quality... More

There are so many restaurants in Reykjavik, few are excellent, some are ok and others are poor. This one is ok. It is different from most because it offers Nepalese type food. I tried two different dishes and would say that both were quite all right, one I liked much more but I don't remember what it was called. It... More
