Small, quaint little place with good breakfasts and excellent coffee! Right on the waterfront. Not too much 'Haitian', at least not for breakfast unless you count option for rum in your coffee!

This was recommended by the guide book, and whilst it was ok if you’re passing, I wouldn’t recommend making any special trip here. The vegetable panini was a nice alternative to the vegetarian options at other cafes (you really can only eat so much soup!)...More

Chose this cafe as cheapest tea closest to hotel. Only one other customer upon entering but got quite busy after our arrival but still space available for lunch rush. No quiche available. And no wraps for Haiti wrap so they made a Haiti panini. Really...More

We read about Cafe Haiti in the Iceland Lonely Planet Guide Book.... We walked to the harbour expecting much more than we found.... Disappointing to say the least!! This place has no soul & was empty.... They purport to have the best coffee in Iceland...More

Needed a hearty lunch and had the Lobster soup,with a pleasant glass of wine,together with a pannini and cake to follow.All very good and appertising.Helpful staff and cosy atmosphere on a freezing winters day. Well recommended,give it a try!
