After sorting out other restaurants in Reykjavik city serving lobster, we decided to try this one out tonight. Big dissapointment. We've been to many others in the past. We had a 4 course lobster dinner and 3 of the dishes were all good and the...More

The chef prepared a fish dish specially for me with a lot of good vegetables. It was flavorful, well cooked and well presented. It was definitely a memorable meal for me. It does seem a bit ironic that the word "wine" is in the name,...More

Good restaurant in Reykjavík. We had a great diner and the service was nice. Nice to go there for a romantic diner.

We wondered in here for dinner & had the most amazing food. August, the manager was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in making suggestions. The food was top quality & the restaurant was lovely - the only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star...More

The restaurant doesnt belong to the hotel as I was told by the staff. The service is pathetic, especially when we ordered room service and staff is very unfriendly, some are even "rude". A big disappointment.

It was OK. The food & fizz was fine but the service, especially from the matre'd, was slow and, apart from the young, pony-tailed waiter who took our order, is best described at "disinterested". The place felt, well, cliquey, with several groups seemingly being afforded...More

This is our favourite restaurant to visit before going to the National Theatre, being nearby. The Menu is not complicated but every item is delicious. We specially recommend the Baked Brie. You won't be dissappointed. Service is friendly. In front of the restaurant area there...More

Happy hour was more popular than the restaurant but I enjoyed a wonderfully cooked meal of Arctic char with red pepper sauce with asparagus and cauliflower. Excellent service. Definitely worth a visit.
