Staff were helpful and friendly. We explained that we had a Northern Lights tour to go in less than an hour and they made sure the food came quickly. The food was lovely, wish they had more choice and were open for lunch too as places around that area are very limited. It had a nice relaxing feel to it... More

Great place to enjoy yourself, nice people, polite staff. Will return in my next visit. You should add to your tour in Iceland, and reasonable prices too.

Most flights from North America arrive in Iceland between 4:30-6:00 am. A great place to stop for breakfast is Hotel Keflavik, which offers a buffet breakfast starting at 5:00 am. We enjoyed a delicious meal including eggs, toast, meats and vegetables. More important - the coffee was great! This buffet breakfast was super simple, but the most welcome nourishment after... The restaurant is small but cozy. The food was tasty and really delicious. Even the menue for the kids was great. We will be back!

Very limited menu, and for a restaurant specialising in fish only had 1 cod left and 2 fish gratin. On the positive side the waitress was friendly and the food that was served was nice. We had previously booked weeks in advance a table for 4 at 7.30 and so you would have thought that stocks would have been checked.... More

Dear Mr. Neil Thank you for your time to review Kef restaurant. A small restaurant has often a small menu - especially when they only serve fresh food as Kef restaurant does. At your time of visit there was a fisherman's strike - resulting in us unable to get our usual raw material - which we apologize humbly for. This... More

Only consolation to the awful hotel is the nice gentleman working in the restaurant. Food is very expensive but was very nice

Beautiful surroundings & outlook, especially if it's snowed as you have full glass windows.especially nice for couples as quite low light in the restaurant. Would be equally as lovely in summer too. Food is excellent for the price and service is efficient but not too over-attentive.

Bread and Oil so delicious. Fish and lamb superb. Beautiful setting and decor. Loved it. Little pricey, but worth it for final meal before leaving Iceland.
