You want great food, amazing service and great value, then this is totally the restaurant for you. The steak is great, the pizza is great and the chicken skewers are great. The prices are great compared to similar restaurants in Reykjavík and also they offer...a great takeaway prices. Try this restaurants and be amazed :)More

Celebrating my birthday with my wife. We both ordered fish, salted cod and bleikja. We shared a portion of tiny potatoes as a side. In short, this was a delightful culinary experience. Somehow the chef managed to create something special in both dishes. Even the...complimentary birthday dessert, a Belgian waffle with spiced icecream and berry sauce, was unique and tasted delicious. Thank you.More

Decent food but horrible service. Me and my wife had steak but were never asked how we wanted the steak to be cooked. When the main course arrived 60 minutes after we arrived we were asked if we wanted something to drink we ordered drinks...but the drinks never came. Needless to say we will never be back.More

Had absolutely brilliant meal with family here. We were family of 6 with two sons 4 and 7 years old. All staff really friendly and helpful and translated entire menu to us from Icelandic to English and made the children’s meals as we needed ie...without cheese or sauces. Atmosphere great nice and relaxed and seemed lots of local people and families. The normal Icelandic restaurant costs. Definitely worth visit if you’re that side of Reykjavík.More

Food tasted great and was well prepared. I had the three course offer of the day, starter, main and dessert. All was good. Carpaccio for starters, slow cooked beef for mains and creme brulé for dessert.

I am so happy that we followed my friends advise, and stopped for lunch at KRYDD! The lunch buffet wasn't the biggest, but the dishes were awesome, and to a great price. Great tastes, textures and well put together. Thumbs up to Hilmar and his...staff 👍More
