With my wife. Service was unsecure and fumbling, glass was dirty, apologizing. Baked potato was precooked but small and microwave heating seems short lived. The meat was chewie and surprisingly cold with the relative fast service time of the meat in mind. All in all...below average experience and we will probably not come here again. @TripAdvisor you should delete the reviews of doddi and siggi, probably the owner himself.More

I had a steak which was ok although a bit pricy. The BBQ ribs were also tasty. My wife opted for 3 side vegetables and chimichurri sauce. This was really very average and in her opinion the worst meal she ever had. The chimichurri sauce...was just oil, the vegetables cold and the garlic mushrooms had no garlic.More

Excellent meat. Ok service, some sorts of beer was not available. The local was very warm and that made the hole impression a bit worse.

But I think I love it more than they do in this restaurant. We had dinner booked at the beer spa the night we were in Akureyri but cancelled it when we saw this restaurant - mainly because of the name to be honest. Anyway...we rocked in at about 8.30pm, hardly anyone there, got a table and then pretty much got ignored by the waitress until we signalled her that we’d like to order. We each had a t-bone, and got potatoes, coleslaw and mushrooms on the side to share. Partner ordered chips but they never arrived. We both ordered medium rare, and partner got that but mine was over cooked. More to the point, though, both were gristly and chewy, and partner couldn’t get through half of his. Overall, just a meal, and service was so slow it was ridiculous.More

Me and my wife stopped in for dinner tonight. They open @ 5:00 & we were the 1st to arrive at 5:30. Once seated they brought us out some water and the best garlic bread slices we’ve had in awhile. I ordered the ribeye &...my wife ordered the T-bone. Both dinners were absolutely amazing. No doubt the best meal I’ve had in Iceland yet. And it’s our 2nd trip here. Everything on our plates was devoured lol. We would definitely stop in again. Nothing bad to say at all. Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. I guess my only thing I could say that needs improvement would be sharper knives to cut steak. Other than that it didn’t stop me from shoving an entire ribeye down my throat. Lol. A+ 👌🏻💯. Thank you for a wonderful dinner out.More

We arrived at opening and we their first customers, after 10 minutes we had to approach the counter for service, we ordered the meat platter for 2, all flavours and spice were amazing, especially the lamb tenderloin, but even though the beef rib eye was...perfectly cooked it was very tough. Also the cheese platter came out without bread or crackers.More
