They had a pasta dish that was vegetarian (my boyfriend is vegetarian and ordered that). For gluten free they have the option of the soup and salad bar as an entree with unlimited refills; they at least had one soup that was vegetarian when we were there and the salad bar had surprisingly not bad for being in iceland!
