Late lunch with friends. Super busy place but service was fast. We sat outside and had the barmenu. Food was ok but nothing special l.

We were hungry and wanted to try Mexican food. We didn't expect too much but it was even below that. They made a mistake and served a burger instead of a burrito. The waitress said "because it sounds so similar". But the served the burrito...very quickly. Unfortunately the burrito was soaked in some kind of sauce. My Cajun chicken breast was totally dry and had way too much salt on it. Everything was pretty tasteless and if we hadn't been so hungry we probably wouldn't eat it. The food was probably precooked and was only warmed up in micro wave oven just before serving. It was expensive, definitely not worth it. Better choose some other place.More

Crew behind the inside bar desk was disrespectful and rude. First they never made our cocktails and when i walked in to ask them, i just say Hello, three waitresses start laughing like a hysterical teenagers. I asked what is so funny, did i said...something wrong, or do they think my face looks like a monkey or clown, same still continue. No explains what was a reason for that behavior. I have seen a lot of very good service by small staff. Everyone knows its hard times to get hire workers, but this was something weirdo. And the food. Bulk can stuff. Straight from the supermarket or cash&carry. We had a Nachos Supreme. I ate my first supremes over 30 years ago. Never seen before, that its not including any beef,chicken or pork. This was surprice. For sure our fault, because we didnt read a menu for enough carefully. Anyway 16€ from that plate was a double over priced + 8.90€ for the small Sol beer with a awful service, gives a warranty: Never again.More

We visited this place during our stay in Helsinki, is situated in a building gallery along with another restaurant called Brooklyn, we had a salad from Santa fe and a Burger from Brooklyn and 2 beers from the bar. You order everything from the bar...and you get your dishes from both restaurants!! You will blend with locals there and the atmosphere is excellent. I recomend itMore

Excellent food and excellent service although the restaurant was crowded. I absolutely recommend this place for adults and kids!

A nice restaurant and the food is good, basic mexican but this time the service sucked. We waited for our food for over an hour and a couple in the next table got their food before us even they came 45min later than us. Before I went to Helsinki I searched on TripAdvisor for nice restaurants in the area and find out that Restaurant Santa Fee is rather near to my hotel, so I booked a table, due the Covid19 it is best to a book a table in...advance. Santa Fe is rustic, dark restaurant in cozy Mexican style. I ordered their Lamb Chops and it was an excellent choice. Friendly staff.More

I love santa fe especially in my hometown, but the Helsinki restaurant was a huge disappointment. I went for lunch, ordered some chicken with bbq sauce and fries. The chicken was drier than the saharan desert and had literally no taste to it. It was...like eating cardboard. The fries were ok, but still very dry. The service was rude and the people there looked like they don't wanna be there. They had no customer service skills whatsoever.More
