If you want a good pizza in central Helsinki, go here. You can’t book, but we didn’t have to wait long. You can have a drink in the bar while you wait. Pizza was delicious and service very good. It has a fab, buzzy atmosphere.

Terrible tonnarella pizza. Tasted like cheesepolenta, Nice place, polite bartender and service. But pizza: mamma mia; terrible.

Don’t bother they don’t want your business. Just walked to this place but extremely unfriendly waiter turned us away as apparently sold out’ In a capital city in July that was a bit weird

I can't understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. We didn't have a good experience during our visit. Firstly, the service was extremely poor. We had to wait at least 45 minutes to get our food. Before we finished drinking the carbonated water...we had purchased, the waitress took it away, saying she would refill it. But she never came back with new water. When we asked about it, she made an excuse that she was almost alone at work, which was far from true. We also observed her bringing water to several tables next to us. It would have been better if she had been honest and admitted that she forgot instead of trying to lie to the customer. We travel a lot, and the service at this place is one of the worst we have experienced. As for the food, the toppings on the pizza were okay, but the crust was too soft, almost like undercooked dough.More

Really good authentic Pizza and Staff that take good care of you. I can only recommend and will come back for sure when I’m in Helsinki again! So enjoy your Pizza i a good place!!

Average pizza , which is normal in Helsinki, but price Vs value is very poor, place is very nicely located and could have a great vibe but the place is represented by the most awkward waitress that gives you the feeling that you are working...there not her , which turn your experience already up side down that you can't enjoy any possible enjoyable things there. Walk little more and find another place unless you have no choice and you just need to full your stomach.More

Very delicious pizzas and cosy atmosphere. Plus it is located in the very heart of the city ( next to the Cathedral). Felt very welcome!

Reviewing one of the Helsinki places belonging to this chain. Disaster. Avoid by all means. Any claim to anything authentically Napoletan is a pure fraud. Zero taste, zero service, zero competence. Just like many things in today's Finland. Its a shame that places like this...exist. And for that pricing, you better book Ryanair to Napoli and enjoy the real Via TribunaleMore

Good pizza napolitan style on a side street close to Senatstorget. Not a great variety of pizzas but all of our pizzas were tasty.

Pizza was OK, arrived so quickly that it was pre-made or heated, atmosphere hurried. Not really a place where you would meet firends, touristic and not so cosy.

Most unsatisfactory visit. The pizza was difficult to eat, everything on the dough was loose and just thrown on the dough. The piza was served on a totally cold plate. After the fisrt pieces everything was cold, the ham was swimming in the cold tomato...sauce. Not good that way. I recommended that the pizzas shoyld be served on very warm, even hot plates. In total very disappointed.More

Quick visit with friend. Easy access and clear interior. Pizza Cacio e Pepe - absolute superb. Lovely flavours. Local beer works well with pizza. Full recommendation.
