We went to play 10.00 am and tried to find an open cafe. All restaurants were closed nearby. The only open was Fazer Cafe. We order a beer and a prosecco. Nic place.

Ordered vegan cake and vegan bun with my friend and the waitress was right to presume we also wanted oat milk to our coffees and Marianne candy on the side instead of other dairy products. Very thoughtful and proactive of her! Thanks!

Came for a snack after having a work out. Chose a sandwich and Americano. Have to say that that sandwich was something else than I had expected. Don't know if it was because of the day (Sunday), but that sandwich was tasteless and not a...soft one. Have been here also earlier as having a piece of cake which was fine. Maybe better luck with sandwiches next time. Place looks nice anyway and the service was fine.More

The famous Fazer chocolate brand has been developing its cafeteria chain to offer a vast selection of sweet and savory tastes for busy modern customers. The interiors are bright in minimalistic Scandinavian style, service is friendly and fast. I have stopped at their cafe in...Itäkeskus several times, now I visited the Forum location in the center of Helsinki. Ask for their card to collect 5 stamps for a free coffee.More

Sunday stroll in the city with a friend coming to visit Helsinki and we needed to stop for late light lunch with my son so Fazer was a great idea, easy, good, option to try something Finnish (like Toast Skagen) also some nice desserts..

Fazer has an impressive choice of delicious cakes on display but on this winter afternoon I ordered a chai latte. I took the last cardamom bun to go with it and the girl at the counter friendly offered to spice the chai with cardamom and...cinnamon . Which I had expected anyway ... but well. She also wondered if I wanted an espresso in my chai. No way. The drink was really really good. Smooth taste, very fluffy foam and a nice sprinkling of spices. Not too sweet. Just right. I recommend this place!More

This place is always busy at the weekends and when we visited we had to queue for 25 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is tasty and fresh. You can also pick up some great...Fazer gifts from their restaurant.More

If you have never tried the Karl Fazer cafes in Helsinki you have certainly missed out. I have been lucky enough to visit both of theirs. Their chocolates are famous, however their coffee and cake is also amazing! I would definitely recommend this cafe in...the Forum when you need a rest from all that shopping.More

We went there to get some dessert after lunch. We had some triple-chocolate cake, which was like a heaven. I recommend sharing it in two. It was yummy but too much for one. House wines were only 5€/glass, we were really glad about that. Even...though it is in busy shopping centre, you can enjoy your cake and coffee in peace :)More

Every piece they sell is delicious and well made. Service is always very good. Beautiful cakes and buns, for example "korvapuusti".

One of the best cafes in Helsinki. Worth to visit if you are in town. It is located in the Forum shopping mall. Great selection of salads, sandwiches and buns and pastries. Fazer is a big bakery in Finland so that’s why it’s great.

This is part of the larger Fazer café chain and situated inside the Forum shopping centre, but somehow still managed to create a nice setting and a break from the big crowds of the mall itself. They offer a wide range of baked treats (sweet...buns, cakes, cookies, patisserie, etc) including some fun Finnish specialities. The hot chocolate and mocha are also delicious - go figure since it's part of the chocolate company Fazer. Decor is stylish and minimal but warm and with plenty of tables. Service was very friendly and helpful. The pricing is the usual for central Helsinki - about €3-5 for a hot drink, buns around €3-4 each. Not cheap, but everything was tasty and the drinks were freshly made. Annoyingly they don't have any bathrooms, so you have to go to a different level and use the public ones in the shopping centre.More

I had a wonderful late lunch. Croissant sandwich was excellent. Cake was moist and fruit was fresh. Chai latte was both good and artistically prepared. Highest praise.

This is a great place to catch a quick breakfast while strolling through the Forum shopping mall. The coffee drinks are good and there are numerous and delicious pastry offerings. Juice, soda, and water are also available. During the afternoon they offer sandwichs in addition...to above.More

When my wife and daughter are shopping I usually go for a coffee at Fazer or any of the other coffee bars in Helsinki. It's mostly crowded with tourists. They offer, like many other, the cinnamon sandwiches and nice chocolates. just a good place to...hang around with power outlets to charge your phone.More
