The live traditional music was very cheerful and the crowd, familiar with the songs and eager to sing along, created a lovely atmosphere. There were not as many people around as always when we arrived, but soon afterwards the place was packed. They took quite a while before serving our food, although we were some of the firsts to arrive,... More

This restaurant isn't on the beach (and a bit of a walk from the village), but it is a good option if you're in Aegeli for a few days. The food is cheap, plentiful and quite tasty and there is a lively atmosphere in the restaurant. Not somewhere to go for a special occasion though!

Thank you for your review and your kind words. We're glad to read you enjoyed the place, the food but also the atmosphere of our restaurant. Indeed as we organize Greek live music very often, our visitors are usually lively and there you can definitely discover the typical greek nights entertainment and hospitality. We hope to see you again, Kindly,... More

again yet an other greek taverna serving the same food as else where. The food isn't bad but there isn't any difference to other places so if you are not staying at the camp site or their rooms its not worth the walk to go here.

Every morning breakfast in Askas restaurant, with juice, baked egg, yoghurt with honey and coffee and bread. A very good start for the day.

Best Greek food cooked by the owner's mother. Superb hospitality. Fresh fish, meat and vegetables and very generous portions too. Can't recommend this place enough.

Right next to the camping ground and diving centre, a block behind the beach. The waiting staff doesn't care much but I had the tuna and the aubergines and all was very tasty.

This is a very down to earth taverna that has a very limited menu but the food that they serve is excellent. We went several times. Be warned, all the courses come at the same time.

As we were staying at the Askas Pension we also ate at their restaurant. The people serving are all super nice and friendly. The food was also great and the quality-price ratio is very good. Plus, they organize also musical evenings, so you get a feeling of their music traditions. As in the pension, you almost feel like being at... More
