Nothing special. There is no service, the burgers are ok-ish, on the expensive side for the quality.

The food is okey, at least the vegetarian burger. Nothing special but better than in some other chain restaurants. Im just wondering why there is only one vegetarian burger option but soooo many meat options.

This burger bar located in "Valkea" shopping centre surprised positively. The chevre-burger was delicious, and fries made from real potatoes tasted good too. We had a Aioli-dip as extra for fries and it was was very tasty. Many tables where to choose from, where one...can have view to street outside or inside to the shopping centre. Big plus that one can take as much soda or other drink as and coffee was included to the meal too. Service was nice and friendly.More

The burger was really tasty, significantly better than in larger chains. It was also a bit smaller and I think it needs fries with it. The service was really really good.

I loved this place a lot. The food was amazing. Even tho the restaurant was really growded and it's at shopping mall, I could enjoy eating. The price a bit higher than normal fastfood places like McDonalds or Hesburger, but it's worth it. The food...on Friends & Brgrs is good. The hamrbuger was tasty and it felt fresh. I loved frenchfries, because they were so thick 😂 The mayonnaise was pure heaven. A bit minus of cramped place, you can't never hope for quiet moment: it's at shopping mall, almost open place and the aisle is small. I had to wait for mugs for awhile: The stuff were too busy or simply didn't see that there weren't any mugs left. There were no waitress to bring food: I had to retirieve food myself (which is pain at small restaurant with full of people, I almost dropped my food to the ground, because someone pushed me). Overall it's good place and if you seek for quality fast food at middle of Oulu city, this place is for you.More

Middle of a crowded shopping mall with not much space. Burgers are quite small but taste amazing. Fries were a bit too salty for my taste but overall good tasting.

In shopping mall, place is quite crowded and people are walking thru. A bit noisy place to yet to my taste. Burgers are a not manly sized, but taste is great. Food is great, but athmosphere takes my rating to 3.

Visited this place with my friends. Wouldn't say there is something special in their burgers. Tastes good, but not above average. Took a burger with cheese and onions. Was way too salty. Friend took a burger from kids many and, to be honestly, I haven't...noticed any size difference between mine and hers. Nonetheless, kids burger is at least not that salty. Milkshake was quite nice and tasty. Staff is really friendly so you feel welcomed. Visited on the 1st of April 2017More

During a short visit to Oulu I had the opportunity to try out Friends and Brgrs, being a non Finnish speaker and Gluten intolerant, I was thrilled to find that the staff were more than happy to speak English with me and that they offered...gluten free buns with all of their burgers. The food was prepared in just a few minutes and tasted great! Would definitely go back :)More
