It was cold! Be sure to get a blanket when you arrive. Food was very good, but hard to concentrate on it when it is 20 degrees inside. Staff was cordial and attentive and you get a complimentary shot of specialty vodka on arrival.

Beautiful place. Food is served hot but cools down quickly. Take gloves because the cutlery is below freezing and you can't eat with mittens! Highly recommended experience.

This was something else! Love how everything is made of ice except the log chairs! A three course meal of piping hot tomato soup, beef stroganoff & mash potato and bread n butter pudding for 150AUD without one drink included, a bit expensive. 600AUD for our Family of four. The mulled wine was delicous and warming from the inside out.

we had a great time, we were lucky to have the entire room only for us, and it was magic. also because of the cold, we had a couple of extra drinks, which made the evening even more funny. outside we saw a little of the northern lights, which was a treat. a great experience not to be missed because... This place is rather interesting in itself – everything is made of ice and snow and is really beautiful! It is also rather cold, so you should dress warmly. The food is nice, but don't expect wonders from it. This place is for those, who are looking for unique experience..

We booked on March 2nd, Monday at 5pm. Which was a great favor they offered us since normally at this time of the year and that day, they close at 5pm... with all the snowworld place. We arrived at 4pm finally, and we got our food at 4:30. A bit early, but don't eat at lunch time and it is... More

I thought the restaurant was opening at 7pm, but I could have made earlier reservation. We got there at 7pm, adults food came about 7:30pm and only quite a while after that it came my kid's food. That was really bad because by the time it arrived he was already so cranky of hunger that he didn't eat well anymore.... More

The food was perfectly good Lappish fare of salmon soup and reindeer, the service was pleasant and attentive, and a pre-dinner drink in the ice bar from ice glasses is fun. For adults or kids, the novelty is quite fun... BUT Cold is one thing, we were ready enough for that. But despite claims of being at -2 degrees, every... More
