Been here with some colleagues. The place is popular because in the heart of town and because is a recognised brand. That's it. The quality was average and the food just above bad. You can have a good time with friends, drinks some beers, play some...games, but do not expect to go there for a good dinnerMore

We stopped here for dinner on a Friday evening, and were told to put our coats in the cloakroom before we could eat. Not a problem, but when we’d done this and returned to get a table, the host had disappeared. We were soon noticed...& seated and made our orders; Fish & Chips and the Local Legendary Burger. What makes the local burger special to Gothenburg is onion on it. Sadly the most underwhelming burger I’ve ever eaten, it was fine but very bland. The fish & chips thankfully tasted better than it looked (see photo). I had a look upstairs and found a group of people playing Shuffleboard but no idea if this is open to the public. Service was fine but forgettable, though at least the guy in the rock shop was friendly.More

We always visit Hard Rock Cafe when visiting a new city ( if one is available). This particular one HRC is a fantastic venue for a HRC fan, or for anyone. Interesting displays, upstairs features are worth a visit. Shuttle board is popular in winter...in Gotheburg over a few beers and a good feed. A private function room is available for hire - which looked like a fantastic place to hold a small event or celebration. The Manager, Marcel was a treat to talk to and his staff were very welcoming and efficient taking food orders and delivery of food. Great food, excellent service.More

Really nice cafe, nice food and vibe. Usual expectation from a Hard Rock Cafe. The only thing is that both the restaurant and rock shop do not accept cash. Important to share as many tourists will rely on cash rather than cards whilst on holiday...to avoid transaction fees. Fortunately we had a card with us to be able to pay, but had we not we would have come unstuck. It’s not obvious that it’s a cash free restaurant and we only found out when we came to pay the bill.More

The staff were really friendly , we got a warm welcome when else arrived there. The food came very fast , nachos and jumbo combo was what we ate. Which were delicious. Amazing cocktails as well. The server recommended us that we should visit the...rock shop before we leave which we did. Really nice and cozy rock shop. Definitely I will come back. A must visit placeMore

Laarge nachos and a great burger! Loved the food and it came quick, great portions for the money too. Only comment to the experience is that the servers change everytime. Otherwise a great experience!

The manager was the saving grace in what was a poor show for a famous brand. The room was very cold, service was half hour between courses and the food arrived barely warm.Left most if the food which the staff didn't even question. Not good,...relying on a brand is not a good way to run a business. No going back to Hard Rock.More

nice restaurant with a lot of variety in the menu. Prices are very reasonable for being in gothenburg. The waiting staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and local area

Dont really know what to say here. We usually go to Hard Rocks as him indoors likes the ambience, (and the tee shirts) but this one let down the brand. The food was just your average KFC if Im honest, and very expensive. However there...was a good lot of rock memorabilia from Madonna, Kiss, Tom Petty & coMore
