The trendy Eest Sushi in Boras is the place to go! Their sushi at lunch caters for all sushi lovers, both traditional and modern sushi. They serve an all you can eat buffé for only 10 Euro, thats a bargain for the quality you get! You won´t be dissapointed!

This place has great sushi and that is coming from a fussy sushi person. very nice presentation and pride in their food. Staff is friendly and it's a very clean and modern restaurant. They also have some Thai food for those who don't like sushi.

Strange that this sushi restaurant does not have miso soup to lunch. I like sushi only with miso soup!

Pleasant and uncluttered atmosphere. We got a cool reception by the butler who pointed out our seats. Some of the staff were more interested in their mobile phones than to ensure that the sushi bar was filled with the promised delights. However, there was a little choice of sushi pieces and they were very good and nicely uploaded at the... More

This place is a bit more pricy than the average sushi bar, but it's worth every extra penny for having a delicious sushi/sashimi buffet and a tasteful and elegant dining area. Personally my favourite sushi spot in town!

This is one of the best sushi places I have been. They have a very good sushi chef in charge of the kitchen and the quality is always good. For lunch they have a nice assortment of sushi and a couple of Thai dishes. Lunch also includes a drink. For 100:- it's a treat for sure. Highly recommend this place.

On the night I went to EEST, the chef's provides good quality sushi-grade fish. And I chose a chef's choice of sushi and did not regret it, salmon belly? Melt in your mouth buttery perfection, Spicy tuna roll really awesome especially texture to the chopped soft tuna. Finally , the black sesame ice-cream with assorted fruits is also amazing!
