The Hotel restaurant for Radisson Royal Viking Hotel is a nice place for dining. You can choose to eat there, in the lobby bar or order as room service. The food is good. When in Sweden, try the Swedish meatballs.

A good place to come and enjoy excellent seafood! The herring selection was delicious and the other fish dishes very well cooked and presented. Friendly service in an un-fussy atmosphere and décor. Lots of locals which is usually a good sign!

We had the monkfish with an italian red ripasso wine that went very well with the dish as it was full of flavours as well as the wine. Nice restaurant if you want to try swedish specialties, especially stuff from the sea.

I went for Sunday dinner and there were a number of menu items that 'aren't available on Mondays' that weren't available on Sunday either, apparently.

On our last night in Stockholm, we decided to try this restaurant. We weren't disappointed. Our server was very pleasant and the food portions were generous. The fresh seafood platter for two could easily feed four.

Showcasing Swedish fish and seafood cuisine. Beautiful presentation, and very good value by Swedish standards. Superb tomato-based chowder, elegant and delightful selection of herring as a starter. Be warned that the 'small' shellfish platter is substantial - 22 prawns, 24 smoked prawns, king crab claws and a single oyster. Pleasant, bright surroundings on a main road in the city centre,... Very busy on a Monday night - so it must be good? It certainly didn't disappoint; the food was beautifully prepared, of an excellent quality and the service attentive. Pricey, but definitely worth a revisit

The host was pretty cold and rushed. Service fairly cold and disinterested. I ordered herring selection and special of the day steamed cod. While it was good, it was nothing more. My daughter ordered fried herring which came with potatoes which were too salty. Again herring was very fresh but it's not for everybody. Her seafood chowder was very good.... More
