We had our best meal in Stockholm here. Very casual and friendly service coupled with the amazing food make this a place not to miss. I had the traditional Swedish meatballs and my wife enjoyed the slow roasted beef cheeks- wow so tender. Both were...More

As you have seen from other reviews you should expect a wait to get into this restaurant but honestly it is worth it. My boyfriend and I visited here on Saturday and queued for around 45 minutes for a table at about 6:30/7pm. although this...More

1) small place but charming 2) if you don’t want to wait go around 3:00-4:00 p.m. (15:00 -16:00) 3) always long wait possibly because in-accurate reviews 4) the meatballs are ok at best. Along the same street there are much better places to experience local...More

My wife and I were walking around old town and were looking for lunch. What a great place. Salmon dish and Swedish meatballs dish were great. Fast service with a smile. I highly recommend.

We stayed in Gamla Stan, close enough to Stockholms Gastabud to make our initial experience easy. But once we discovered the place, we couldn’t get enough of it! All dishes were very good, but we would especially recommend the pickled herring appetizer and slow-cooked pork...More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
